Dr. Duffy had terrible bedside manner to start. I saw her for a concussion and she completely dismissed me saying it was likely a tension headache, even though all symptoms led to a concussion. Got a second opinion and confirmed I did. I wouldn't trust her to diagnose anyone correctly if you can't diagnose a simple concussion right.

I am of the opinion that this office does not care about their patients. I am elderly and my wife has a compromised immune system. We are extremely weary of exposing ourselves to Covid 19 especially in a doctors office type environment. A simple request to refill a prescription for a prostate medicine without an office visit for a routine physical fell on deaf ears. Even an explanation that I would schedule an appointment in a matter of months after me and my wife were vaccinated did not sway their stubbornness. The doctor on the other end of the phone just pooh poohed my concerns. To be fair they have refilled my prescription twice in the past 6 months when the Covid scare was not as bad as it is now, which makes it all the more disturbing that they would refuse me one more refill when the vaccine is just a few months away. They say their office is clean and Covid free but that does nothing for me and my wife's peace of mind. Why would they dismiss peoples fears like that ?

I left her practice because I moved away. Years later, I am sending my third request for my medical records, all of which have gone unanswered. I'm now being denied care by my new insurance because I cannot prove my prior history.

I am shocked by the bad reviews! Dr. Duffy has been one of the best doctors that I have gone too! And I have gone to many! She is very thorough, thoughtful and understanding. I have never had a problem with her or her staff!!! She has helped me with all my health concerns more than I know. She always refers me to specialists if needed. Thank you Dr. Duffy for everything that you have done. :)

Dr. Duffy has been my PCP for less than 1 month at Comm. Med. Ctr. on Haverhill St. in Andover MA, and I refuse to go back. Dr. Duffy insisted I come in for an appointment despite me having an appointment with a specialist the following week; that was scheduled to do the same exact invasive procedure that she wanted to do today. Dr. Duffy tried bullying and then shaming me. She gave me no other options or medical advise besides "this appointment will be noted as a cancellation". As I left the consult room she slammed the door similar to child having a temper tantrum. BUYER BEWARE for those so called medical professionals that do not respect their patient's concerns and lack professionalism when they do not get their way.

Each time I have gone there, I have been more disappointed. I went to her with an emergency and needed a referral to a specialist. She then gave me a referral to a place that did not accept my insurance. The last time I went there, she rushed through the appointment, didn't listen to me and walked out of the room without finishing up with me. When I went to the front desk to see if she was finished with me, the receptionist laughed and said "yes she's done." She has ZERO bedside manner.
