Love, love, love this lady!!! Very caring, sweet, and she listens to her patients. I'm trying to hunt her down right now as I just found out she moved lol. Need to make an appointment.

Dr. Vann is great with good bedside manner, I’ve been seeing her for years.. My only issue is something out of her control -under the new ownership (SMART) she doesn’t have time to deal with her patients. It feels more like a clinic. The front desk personnel is very matter-of-fact in their approach, no sense of urgency. It took two hours just for refills.

Dr. Jodi Vann is probably the best Primary Care doctor I have ever been to and I am 61 y rs old. She is very caring, listens to questions I have, and always provides knowledgeable answers. Also all the office staff is very friendly and helpful and they always call you back and make sure to get your prescriptions called in very quickly. Even though I don't live in Lawrenceville anymore, I drive out of my way to keep seeing Dr. Vann and her office. Man or women, young or old, you couldn't ask

The receptionist made it very easy I was very patient with me in order to schedule my first appointment with other doctors they turn me down. Dr. Van was amazing. Patient very knowledgeable I would highly recommend anyone to come see her! For someone who does not like Drs they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable!
