My experiences have been good lately, I have been able to see the same provider for the last few appointments and she has taken ownership of my issues and has made the necessary referrals. I am satisfied. I think Faith Medical is the best thing going today. I have an amazing team

I've been a patient for several years now, so were my 2 daughters. We had a different doctor before Dr. Onafowokan and it was a nightmare. Having worked for doctors in the past, I know what a physician should/shouldn't be and I feel the same about Ambrosia Jordan. I would hate to have to change where and with whom I get my medical care, not to mention, that Faith Medical Center keeps me from having to go all over Charlotte for different procedures, many can be performed in-house.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WOTH THE CARE IM RECEIVING THROUGH FAITH MEDICAL ( DR. JORDAN).. SHE IS VERY PATIENT KIND COMPASSIONATE AND KNOWS HER FIELD OF WORK. I COULDNT OF FOUND A WONDERFUL PRACTICE WITHOUT THE HELP OF A PRESENT CLIENT ( TINA MCCARROLL). I AM VERY BLESSED TO HAVE COME TO THIS PRACTICE AND MEET SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HAVING ME AS A CLIENT AT YOUR PRACTICE.. GOD BLESS AND KEEP CHANGING PEOPLE'S LIVES FOR THE BETTER IN THEM

Simple, but very efficient. Friendly staff, etc. Communication is improving now, it's better than it was in the past. All good!

I just like the way that Dr Ambrose listens to me when I explain to her about my situation's she goes into full details and try to figure out the problem so therefore she just let me know that Dr Ambrose has my best interest.... I recommend anyone to her...

I've been going to Dr.O for about six months now and have found his practice to be very professional, transparent and genuine. I would highly recommend him for a primary care doctor for anyone with special needs or concerns. Front desk guy makes this place run smooth and never a long wait!!! I love this practice because of my doctor!

I have been going to Faith Medical for 8 years. Dr Joel Onakueafen is a Great Doctor. He takes very good care of me and and my Family My Daughter and her Children also go to Faith Medical. His Nurses are Amazing very caring and respectful. Dr. Joel's Nurse Practitioner Mrs Ambrosia is an Amazing Woman very caring and knows her stuff. I would recommend Faith Medical to everyone. I've been a patient at Faith Medical since 2011, and not once have I left an appointment unsatisfied. Dr. O takes his time with each patient and makes sure to answer all and any questions you might have. I absolutely love Dr. O, wouldn't change my primary care physician for anything in the world!

I saw "Bebe" for my appointment, she was thorough, professional and caring. I had to switch doctors 09/18 due to my move to Charlotte, NC and have stayed at this office ever since!! The have a GREAT team of Medical professionals inclusive of Dr "O", "Bebe" and Ambrosia.

I love being a patient at Faith Medical Center. Dr. Joel Onafowokan spends much time as needed in the room with each patient. He’s very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding in medical care. His practice successfully manages myself and other family members health.

The amount of time that was spent with them was all focused on me as the patient. We got to the root of the problem and may have discovered another that I was not paying attention to. Definitely glad about my visit and will be making him my PCP.

A family friend recommended this clinic and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. They provide excellent service and care. I'm a 62 yr. Old white male. This Doctor and Faith Medical center has the worse service. 1st they had me coming there every 30 days. Would not give any type of prescription more then a 30 day supply and made me come in every 30 days to get refills. Prescriptions doubled up or incorrect or changed without notice. 2 people prescribing different meds etc. I can go on and on. On 8/16/17 meeting with attorney to go over my options I'm a 62 yr. Kind of disappointed. New to Charlotte and needed a primary care doctor so checked ratings on my Cigna website. Chose this place based on ratings and location. Called for appointment and was told I could be seen the next day by his female PA and I said I preferred the male MD. I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks in that case and I agreed since nothing was pressing. When I went to my appointment, the female PA saw me and when I questioned that I was told how competent she is. True, I'm sure, but not the point. I had comprehensive blood work, and despite finding the practice on the Cigna website, I got the full bill because the lab was out of network. Also, be prepared to wait a long time. They overbook. You will be called in well after your appointment time. I was there for 2 full hours at my first appointment and they acted like I was crazy for declining a recommended test because I was due at work for a meeting. At my followup visit, I was told it was a long wait because the doctor was very thorough. I saw him for less than 10 minutes. He said my labs were good and gave me the sheet of lab results. When home, I didn't see cholesterol or triglyceride results. I sent a request online for those results and still have received no response. The doctor and PA are friendly and competent. But the office is run poorly. Long waits, sending tests out of network when your accepted insurance is known. Don't agree to anything unless you know insurance approves.
