I have been going to Dr for a few years Her.and staff are wonderful I have rare skin condition she does.everything she can to help me.also tries new things

I completely understand having to ask patients if they have been vaccinated for Covid upon arrival. However, being questioned in the room on why I haven't received the vaccine and then told "I'm the reason we will all continue to be miserable" is so inappropriate. I was there to have something looked at, not be to questioned, judged or disrespected on my vaccine stance. I respect those who do get the vaccine and expect that same respect back for my decision not to get it. Especially at a doctors office. In addition, appointment felt rushed & the doctors presence comes off cold.

Dr. Bauerle spent all of five minutes with me and did not address my concerns. She did not listen to me when I tried to explain what was happening and she charged me for a service I did not receive.

I have been suffer from acne since I was a teenager. Dr Baeuerle gave me the confidence I need. My acne are gone. She’s more than a Doctor because she care about your appearance inside and out.

I would not recommend. She has no personality at all and met with me for a total of 5 minutes, after I waited to 20 minutes to see her. I then brought my daughter to her for acne medicine. The office staff never asked me for a referral and then 6 weeks later sent me a bill for $440.00! They told me it was my responsibility and after I called and had a referral sent to them, Aetna said it was too late. When I tried to speak to the office manager, I was met with hostility and rudeness. When I politely tried to ask a question, Monica continued to speak over me and very loudly said it was no her problem. I would NOT this dermatologist. There are so many other dermatologists who are much more professional. I should have read some of the other reviews before going here. Don't make the same mistake.

wh is worse- her or the staff? Doesn't check you properly, leaves scar, personally, just yuck.

Had the worst experience with the service provided by the secretary she had horrible customer service skills and though the doctor was okay I will never come back or recommend due to unprofessional staff member. My card was charged in error and the attitude I got to correct it was unacceptable.

Apart from the fact that her last name is so full of vowels it's virtually impossible to spell or pronounce, this is a really wonderful doctor, capable, sophisticated, really qualified, friendly, thoughtful, compassionate. Clean office, friendly staff, no waiting around.

The doctor was professional, friendly, and quick. I had some work done on a pre-cancerous growth, but she recommended I save the rest of the work on my face until the sun would be less of a problem (in the winter).

She is very efficient and capable. I have total trust in her capabilities and have recommended her to many friends. Dr. Baeuerle helped a friend with a very serious skin condition and pulled her through. I consider myself lucky to have such a skilled dermatologist.

The most important thing to me in a specialist is that he/she is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have been seeing Dr. Baeuerle (and her staff) for at least 3 years and have found her to be both of these. She is pleasant as are her staff. My waiting time has been minimal and she has given me all the time I felt was appropriate for a yearly exam. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had an 8:30 appointment, and got there early since I was a new patient. I rang the bell and the person who answered the door wouldn't let me in!!!! That was a bad initial experience. Dr. Baeuerle did not have a nice personality at all. I went there for a body check, had never been to a dermatologist and she was not friendly at all, and neither was the staff. I felt the visit was rushed. I also had a cyst removed and was NOT given any aftercare instructions. I do not recommend Dr. Baeuerle.

Unprofessional!!! After my wife and I made a decision not to perform a procedure on my son, Dr. Baeuerle became even nastier than she already was. She had the nerve to call my wife and belittle her as to her parenting skills and decision making. She went on to call me ignorant and stated that if we did not go through with the procedure, she will no longer treat our kids. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE IGNORANT AND TO QUESTION WHAT WE DO AS PARENTS? SHE NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON MANNERS. IN MY OPINION, EVEN THOUGH SHE THINK'S I AM IGNORANT, I THINK SHE SUCK'S AS A DERMATOLOGIST!!! Unprofessional!!!
