They've treated me like a criminal since day 1. Changed my anxiety meds (which were working fine) for no reason except "they're a controlled substance". Told me I "needed to develop coping skills" and today I waited an hour to get a flu shot. Nurses, Dr., and NP have zero compassion, are judgemental and rude.
