Excellent, so far! I'm a disabled vet who had to wait 30+ years for VA disability & one of the side effects of a medication I was on for several years is massive degradation of bone density with the added "benefit" that my teeth literally crumbled like sand castles to the stage I have nothing left. I've begun procedures to have full implants, and Dr Andrews has been excellent in every respect to be a patient of.

Unprofessional and unhelpful with my tooth pain.

I went in for painful cavities they then charged me $700 for a cleaning and my teeth still have the cavities they said they needed to do the cleaning to fix my teeth witch later I found out is not true

Dr John Andrew's and his team are very nice, professional and quick to get you in and out. Our whole family goes to Dr. Andrews now and we tell everyone we can about this amazing practice. Big fan, John W. Dobash (jr)

I had a tooth emergency during the craziness of COVID. 3 dentists didn't even call me back but Dr. Andrews and his team called me back right away and fit an appointment in with me. Him and his team are so welcoming and nice. If you're afraid of the dentist, this is the guy to go to because he will make you feel so much better about the visit! Dr. Andrews was very pleasant, explained procedures very well and without being asked. He also listened and answered questions to patient satisfaction. Very Pleasant and informative staff. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Off-street parking.

Excellent. Very nice ,had a very stubborn tooth extracted. Didnt feel anything. Calm and very personable highly recommend.

By far hands down the best dentist in wilkes barre. Very gentle with the mouth and the staff is beyond welcoming. I went in for a wisdom tooth pull i was beyond scared. With the help of the staff and dr andrews my experience was nothing but amazinng !!

I am always seen right away after arrival to office. Dr. Andrews is very professional, friendly and honest.

After years of being told by countless dentists and orthodontists that my bite would never be fixed without jaw surgery, Dr. Andrews aligned my teeth and closed the gap so that for the first time in my life my front teeth can touch.

Dr. Andrews does excellent work, is friendly, accommodating, affordable. I travel 150 each way miles to see him.
