Dr. John Frank Bennetts

He’s a little too touchy feely and the practice is out dated. He’s in his 70s. I also felt rushed in and out like I was just a number to that specific Dr. He also forgot to schedule 2 appointments with a specialist for me. It’s a huge time sink working with him. They will waste your time with neglect to details but they want you to schedule another appointment to keep a revenue stream. I felt disrespected and discriminated on by the assistant Veronica. Very very unprofessional and a sad way to run a practice. I’ve never experienced this in my entire life. They didn’t return any of my messages I left three on separate occasions. Or the pharmacist messages. Low budget in comparison to other Doctors I’ve visited in the area. To be honest I wish them the best. I will take my business elsewhere. I went in with some questions about certain medications I was on and suggestions for my overall better health and he knew precisely what he was talking about. He has set me up on a plan that has absolutely given me hope for better health and a better life. This is a sharp man who obviously knows his patients and how to help them effectively. He is a knowledgeable physician however he made me feel a little uncomfortable. I was telling him about some neck pain I get sometimes and he touched my neck and spine at the same time while sitting spread eagle directly across from me, almost embracing me. Also he touched my shoulders and upper chest area, which made me uncomfortable. He didn't really ask if it was ok first and I didn't really feel it was necessary for his explanation of illustrating how to maintain good posture. He then asked how I felt about massage which didn't really return me to a sense of comfort either. I don't think I will go again in the future. Dr. Bennetts is as good as it gets for family medicine. He is attentive, listens to all issues, provides excellent explanations of what he sees, and the options for treatment. He is our go-to physician!

They just don't make doctors like Dr. Bennett's anymore. He is wise, but not old. He is absolutely knowledgeable. Stays informed of current trends in medical treatments. You know during your visit, you have his full attention. As he assesses you he is not multi tasking on a computer. He stays focused on you and your reason for visit. He is positive and assuring. I know he is Doctor because he genuinely loves helping people. They just don't make doctors like Dr. Bennett's anymore. He is wise, but not old. He is absolutely knowledgeable. Dr. Bennetts is as good as it gets. He is very professional, yet very personable. He takes time to listen to all concerns, and explains all issues clearly. We are very glad we were referred to him by a local specialist MD. He is our 'go-to" MD for all general medical needs!

Dr. Bennetts is Very compassionate, inquisitive, and provides options with whatever your need is. He seems to take his time with you and hears your questions or concerns. I highly recommend him.

Dr Bennett took time to listen to all my concerns. I had a very long list. He asnwered in detail o all of them.I am very picky when it come to doctors, but I left the doctor's office very satisfied and completely heard. And all my issues were tended to.

Dr Bennetts is a great doctor sometimes he might go over his time but that's just cause he`s carefully explaining or listening to another patient to make sure everything's ok and he`ll do the same to you cause he always tries to book you in if he has time against his staffs wishes too, so I`d look into him he`s a really caring doctor who really cares about his patients.
