One of the best Pediatric Endo Dr.

Dr. Dallas is amazing, my daughter has been with him at Cooks since she was first diagnosed at the age of 4. She is now approaching 19, and will have to move to an adult endo. doctor. We love Dr Dallas, and are sad she has to leave for another doctor, he has always taken such great care of her as well as the Cooks staff!! So thank you so very much for all the great years of care Dr Dallas. We will miss you!! Dr. Dallas is an amazing doctor and my hero. My daughter experienced seizures due to a rare autoimmune disease when she was 14 years old. Dr. Dallas was brought as her endocrinologist, which was a lifesaver. Through extensive testing, he identified antibodies in her blood, which were indicators that her immune system was attacking the brain. He worked her team to developed a treatment plan and she has been seizure free for over six years. Dr. Dallas is an amazing doctor and my hero. Great Dr. Very friendly..

Worst experience ever! Thanks to him I got liver failure and had to get a liver transplant as soon as possible because I was dying! Don't know how he still has his doctor license!!!

Dr. Dallas and staff are highly recommended. He is a caring, knowledgeable, very skilled physician. We were referred to him and had to wait several months to see him as he is highly sought after as a pediatric endocrinologist. The wait was worth it.

I would highly NOT recommend Dr. Dallas to anyone! I had the WORST experience with him! Thanks to him I Forbes liver failure and had to get a liver transplant as soon as possible if not I would of died! My family and I suffored a lot because of him! I don't know how he still has his doctor license a person like him shouldn't be treating patients anymore please be careful wouldn't want anyone else going through what I went through! Because of you I have to live my life differently from everybody!

Dr. Dallas treated our son, Samuel from 2 years old to 19 years old. We feel that we had the very best care we could have received. We were sent to UTMB, Galveston to see Dr. William Travis, (known all over the world), but we were placed with Dr. Dallas instead and it was the greatest gift God could have given. I only wish he could treat Samuel now because we have not been able to find a good Endicrinologist since. I would give him 10 out of 5 stars.

Love this doctor! He saved my son's life when he was 2.....he has made it to 16 and all with the help of Dr. Dallas.
