Fantastic ENT!! I had moderate to severe hearing loss and was found to have a 3mm size hole in my ear drum. Had surgery to repair my ear drum and he found that I had calcifications on 2 of my inner ear bones also contributing to my conductive hearing loss. He replaces those with a titanium prosthesis and my hearing us now fully restored!!! Still hearing GREAT after 3 years post-op. Not to mention, he is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. Recommend to anyone looking for an ENT and has hearing problems.

He has been my ear doctor since I was a little kid -- the best doctor I could have always understanding to if my ear is sensitive and easy to understand and works with you.

LITERALLY A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! I was completely ignored and my brain tumor belittled by said "great Dr". I waited 2 years to be seen, then he "changed his specialty". Then scanned me and NEVER TOLD ME RESULTS. 2 YEARS!!! I am the Epstein whistle-blower and understand ABUSE when I see it.

This Dr was supposedly caring for my dear friend Maria Farmer (Epstein Whistleblower) with her brain tumour...he left her in a state of stress and fear about a second brain tumour forming for nearly a year after new scan...changed his bloody job part way thru...and didn't even let her know that it was not forming after all. Can you imagine her worry about her health and losing her hearing? She does not recommend this Dr to anyone... Great bedside manner. Never had a Dr answer all of my questions straight forward before. He is a great surgeon. I just had surgery last week.

Simply an amazing healer. I came to John in crisis stricken with vertigo and hearing loss. The first thing he said to me was "we are going to make this better". He did. He is a marvelous doctor.

Amazing to have an ear doctor with hearing loss to the extent of my own. He now has a Cochlear Implant which is even more amazing. How many people have this benefit? How many doctors have persevered through life with the challenges he has faced to be where he is. With this said he is known as an excellent surgeon. I have been a patient under him for 16 years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dornhoffer. In my opinion, he is a genius. Wonderful, caring physician, as well.
