Had major surgery on my left ankle and right foot in 2007. I actually consulted two other surgeons about my injures sustained in an accident, BEFORE Dr Feighan agreed to do the procedures. It was a long and brutal recovery, but more than 15 years later my ankle and foot are obviously not any better...but MOST importantly they are NOT any worse; which considering the extend of the injuries... is incredible. I have read some of the most negative reviews on here and they really don't sound like the same Dr. who kept me walking when other ortho's turned it down. Additionally, his office staff is competent, efficient and helpful. He receives my highest rating.

Just had my second surgery with Dr. Feighan. First one was repair of a ruptured Achilles about 14 years ago. Full rupture. Tiny scar. After only about 4-5 weeks, I was off crutches, and 4 months playing basketball again. Excellent result. Most recently, he cleaned up a partially-torn meniscus. The same evening, I was off the crutches, no pain pills needed, already feels better than before surgery. Dr. Feighan is a surgical genius! I hope he's still practicing if I ever need any other surgery!

Rude, uninterested and has a terrible attitude. His lack of compassion is obvious. I have not nothing but issues since he replaced my ankle and he does not seem to care. I would find another surgeon if you are in pain because he really has no concern

I saw Dr. Feighan five years ago because of arthritis in my midfoot. He was able to tell me that I needed surgery to fuse two of the bones by looking at the X-ray. I was cautious and tried a cortisone shot first, but it didn't help and I would up having the surgery. Dr. Feighan saw me through six months of recovery and rehabilitation. He and his office staff were always kind and efficient, working with me even when I fell the week after surgery spraining my wrist so that I needed a wheelchair instead of the crutches. I'm walking beautifully now, and l am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Feighan.

Would not recommend. Staff was nice, wait time was short. I've been having excruciating plantar fasciitis pain for years. He was uncaring. Offered to give me a cortisone shot just 3 weeks after having another one. Only performs ONE operation, which isn't even recommended anymore. He refuses to explore other options. Then he said the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard a surgeon say "If I see a complication, I won't do a surgery" I work in the medical field..... literally ANY and EVERY procedure, no matter how "small" "easy" "routine" or "uncomplicated" carries risks of complications. Do not see this guy. All thumbs down.

It definitely seems genuine ..

Right knee pain following a partial fall down a couple of stairs. He did a thorough assessment and then gave me a cortisone shot. I have been much better for 6 months now.

Repaired my Achilles. Did a great job.

Doctor john feighan . He has helped me alot . Seen other doctors but they did nothing to help with pain and the damage in my leg . Since my surgeries i have no more pain . Doctor feighan is a very good surgeon . I recommend him . He cares about his patients

Dr. Feighan and his staff are excellent! They made having an Achilles transfer surgery as easy as possible. Very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I was able to make an appointment within a few days of calling. The office was very well run. Dr. Feighan was very professional. I would strongly recommend him.

First of all, I had to wait for over 45 minutes in the waiting and exam rooms to see Dr. Feighan and when he finally came in the room, he did not seem to care in the least to listen to me. He was cold and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!
