Dr. Gawlik did a great job, but I got a "bait and switch" one price was told to me and paid in full after my service. Two months later I received an "EXTRA" bill for $590.00 !! Dr. Gawlik won't even except my offer to pay 50% of the "EXTRA" bill. "BAIT AND SWITCH" after his work is completed !!

My hygienist Erin was EXCELLENT! Dr Gawlik was very nice too! The Receptionist was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place!

My hygentist, Brandy[aka Cindy] has been w/me [and Dr Gawlik] for many years. That says something about the work enviroment and the quality of service we, as patients, recieve.

John cares about all his clients. He makes sure his staff is a team working together for the betterment of its clients.

The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They are professional, quick, and efficient. Tami is great at making you feel at home when you walk in. Erin and Candy are super nice and are great at what they do. Dr. John is kind and professional, and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend Lifesmiles.

My experience yesterday was the best! When you walk in the door, they know your name and couldn’t be more accommodating. Dentist John is very gentle and kind. Sandy, my dental hygienist is the kindest! So accommodating and always knows how you are feeling during procedure. I’m thankful for having my such as, always, experience there. Thankyou all.

I’ve been going there for years. I have anxiety with dental visits and was referred there by ALL my previous co-workers. They are the best and have the most incredible staff. I live in Alexandria now and still go there. They are worth the drive!

I recently had a root canal procedure, cavity and some restorative tooth work done. Also a crown procedure. The efficiency and professionalism at Lifesmiles family dentistry is second to none. Seriously I don’t think it’s possible to have a bad experience there I would highly recommend them. On top of their professionalism they are very nice people there. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! I highly recommend!!

I don’t often write reviews, so hopefully this this gives the picture accurately. I have a patient for several years, and this is far and away the best dental practice I have used vs other places I have gone. Dr. Gawlik is not only skilled in his profession, his “chairside” manner is great as well. Let’s not forget his supporting staff, they are all great too. Will continue to be in their care, wouldn’t go anywhere else if given a choice.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gawlik for many, many years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. They make you feel very comfortable and are very friendly. Dr. Gawlik is an excellent dentist and the hygienists are all very good as well. I would highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for an exceptional dentist.

The facility it self is beautiful, always super clean. It has a very comfortable and calming atmosphere. The staff up front, all the hygienists (especially Brandy) and Dr. Gawlik himself are all very friendly and professional. I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Had my six month check-up today with Lifesmiles Dentistry. As always a great experience. I started with Dr. Gawlik due to my former dentist's retirement. I live in the east metro, but drive to Bloomington because of service and exceptional staff. Highly recommend Lifesmiles Family Dentistry!

I’ve been going to Lifesmiles for 20+ years and I will always go there. The staff is exceptional and Dr Gawlik is wonderful. The offices are very clean, bright and welcoming. My only complaint is that I wish I would see them more than 2x a year! I would highly recommend Lifesmiles Dentistry! And you can’t beat the central location!

Not pleased with the results of a crown that was out on about a month and a half ago. It hurts 80% more after it was put on than it originally hurt. I keep mentioning it to the dentist...and he keeps trying to adjust the bite. Then last time I was in there he says I need a root canal. I do not believe I should have to pay for the root canal. I believe he injured something when outing her crown on.

Erin did a great job although, at the age of 62, I don't enjoy being scolded by a very young woman about not brushing my teeth regularly at night. I also do not understand why I was not scheduled with Sandy. I made my appointment with her in June and was looking forward to catching up with her. She was there but seeing another patient, one who had apparently missed his appointment earlier in the week.

All i wanted was a cleaning. I didnt want a $50 exam that took the doctor 1 minute to check my glands and other useless stuff. I told the hygienist all i wanted was a cleaning, and that i didnt want the films. After having to decline the films multiple times we started with the cleaning. After the cleaning i got up thinking that was all, but then she said the doctor needed to do an exam... I thought it was part of the cleaning procedure or i would have declined it as well. All you care about is money and i wont be back.
