Dr.Haltom and his staff was very good in taking care of me.They treated me with respect and very caring.He and his staff explained everything to me where I could understand what was going on with my surgery from start to finish and everything during my follow up appointment.Thanks to everyone .

Dr. Haltom has done both knee replacements and now a hip replacement for me! He has done a perfect job and I wouldn't see anyone else. He has also done shoulder surgery on my husband. I have full confidence in him and I like that he doesn't push a procedure on you but allows you to gauge when you think it is necessary and you are ready. He has a pleasant demeanor and listens to you as well! I would and do recommend him to anyone!

Went to Dr Haltom after being reviewed by an urgent care clinic for knee pain. I had a xray at the urgent care clinic that showed a tumor in my femur. I had an MRI done and seen Dr.Haltom who gave me a shot in my knee to see if it would relieve the pain. Of course it didnt because the pain is caused by a 5+ inch tumor. He waited a week and called be back with MRI results and to see if shot helped which it did not. He said i have a large tumor but it was not cancer. He then said he would refer me to an orthopedic oncologist for further assessment. On 1st visit with oncologist he expressed his concerns of images for on XRAY! There are 4 spots that show possible activity. This doctor acted very quickly. I was scheduled for an incisional biopsy 3 days later and 7 days later i was diagnosed with CANCER! chondrosarcoma is a malignant cancer. My femur bone has been thinned to the point that i am at risk of it breaking. Dr Haltom should have never told me it was not cancer!

Had a knee injury that I thought would heal on it's own but it kept bugging me. Went to see Dr. Haltom at West Tennessee Bone and Joint Clinic, it was the best decision. Got an MRI and found issues that needed surgery. Dr. Haltom did a great job and I now have no pain and my recovery is almost complete. Just a . few more weeks of physical therapy and I'll be back to normal. Highly recommend the doctor and the clinic.

This guy is a JOKE! He was unable to recognize a broken bone! His failure to read an x-ray caused me to have an ankle fusion and pain for years. He is totally incompetent! How he keep his license is amazing. Possible lawsuit pending! Do NOT go to this quack!
