An absolutely incredible physician and staff members. Dr. Heim takes the time to explain everything in laymans terms all the while not making you fell inadequate. Follows up to see how you are doing. You are exceedingly fortunate if you are under his care.

Dr. Heim took care of my husband back in 2006 when at the age of 49 was diagnosed with kidney and lung cancer. He removed his lung and informed us that it was very early cancer. Dr. Heim continued to follow my husband for the next 5 years. Fast forward to 2019 and my husband gets a scare ( CT showed a nodule that grew since last CT in 2011). We reached out via phone to Dr Heim despite living 2.5 hrs from him, because we really trusted him. He has continued to guide my husband (long distance) and read his CT scans and provided my husband with his advice ( in concert w his primary). After the last 2 years he called today to inform us that everything looked good. What a wonderful, kind excellent surgeon. Forever grateful for his excellent care and experience but most of all his thoughtfulness. Thanks.

Dr. Heim was an amazing doctor to me. He allowed me to FaceTime my mom so she could hear everything that he had to say/recommend. He spent plenty of time listening to my symptoms and story. Dr. Heim had great bedside manner. He showed me my scans and explained everything in thorough detail for me to understand. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I was very comfortable and would recommend him to anyone I know! Also, his coordinator Afshan was very responsive, nice and friendly with scheduling, rescheduling, and getting me into the office in a timely manner. Thank you!

A wonderful and caring Doctor. I only had one visit because my insurance did not cover. He phoned me at home to make certain I engaged another doctor for follow up. I was so impressed with him and sorry my insurance does not allow him to care for me.
