This is a warning to anyone who is under the care or considering to be seen by Dr. Houck. Please do not let him perform surgery on you or a loved one. I had sinus surgery in 2015 by Dr. Houck to open my right frontal. While in surgery he went on my left side and drilled a hole in my dura causing a csf leak. He even admitted the tools he used were not the right size. My life will never be the same after leaking brain fluid physically or emotional. I was not taken care of by him or his staff.
Excellent! Dr. Houck got me in quickly and even did surgery the same day. I was impressed that he studied my chart before talking to me. He even stayed into the evening to do my surgery. His impressions, diagnosis and treatment were spot on. He knows his trade well and is an excellent doctor. He likely saved my life as I had already been admitted to another ER & HOSP TWICE and they did not resolve the infection, Dr. Houck did. I won't be going to any other hospital but OU. Staff great too.
