I got serious sinus infection for 20 days because of implant failure . I saw other ENT doctor but she could not give the right treatment. I was desperate looking for a good ENT doctor and we were very lucky we found Dr. John Huang I saw Dr. Huang on jan 24 afternoon. He checked and said my cheek sinus must be filled up with pus even before taking ct. Dr.Huang suggested me to do surgery to clean up sinus as soon as possible. But the soonest surgery date is March 1 . Ms.Kinberly the surgery scheduler worked very hard and coordinated a surgery date on Feb. 3 .as she knew my situation. Dr. Huang did a very successful surgery . Now after 10 days I did the post surgery visit and I am recovering very well. I am very grateful to Dr. Huang . The staff in the office are friendly and helpful too.

The Doctor was very thorough and professional.

This doctor was awful! He did not give me a thorough examination and did not seem to care about my wellbeing at all! Now I have to drive all the way to Long Island to my old ENT to get examined again. I do not recommend this physician.

Dr Huang is very professional and can tell he has great experience .

Dr. Huang is the first doctor who did not make me experience too much discomfort nor any pain when he inserted the camera scope into my nose/throat. He was not hurried and listened to my explanation snd addressed my concerns.

Saw him for a few times before and after my sounds ear surgery and he explained well what was going to happen. He always asked if I had any questions and the follow up appointment was successful!

Listened to what I had to say explained what was wrong. Sent me for a hearing test and made me feel like there is a light under the ear. Hoping for a quick recovery although he said to be patient it will take time

Happy with the doctor who found liquid in my 2yr old boy preventing him from hearing correctly. Surgery was a breeze. I do wish the doctor was more available post surgery (surgery was on a Friday and weekend support is okkk).

I went to him because I been having abnormal as issues with my nose. He made me seem like I was crazy because the symptoms I was having clearly wasn’t within his competency. He stuck a black tube up me nose and said everything looks fine to me. Mine you I still have a nose that’s painful to breathe through. Completely useless.

Dr. Huang diagnosed my issue and surgically fixed the problem. I can breathe like a normal human.

Dr. Huang took the time to be very gentle with my child. He showed her the equipment before using it. It was a very non-traumatic experience for her and we are thankful for that.

My experience was outstanding, especially in terms of the patient plan and follow-up care.

Had a silicone ear plug jammed deep in my ear canal. Dr. Huang got it out easy! He’s helped me and my Mom over the years and always takes time to listen and does an thorough overall check no matter what the issue he never rushes and always greets with a warm welcoming smile! ENT office staff is helpful and efficient.

Dr. Huang was amazing. Calm, competent, good listener. Appears very interested in patient. Allowed me to use speakerphone to repeat summary to my wife in the car. Open to my thoughts, ideas. Chooses words carefully not to alarm or leave any option ignored. Completed visit summary on his tablet while talking to me which was available upon exit. Helpful and impressive. Will highly recommend him to others. Performed treatment for diagnosis with expertise and explanation. Advised follow up with neurologist. Very impressive visit.

During these COVID times, we are all expecting many delays...I experienced none during my appointment with DR Huang...he listened and answered my many questions succinctly and patiently.

Dr Huang understood my problems and came up with the next possible solution.

I had a terrible earache and called for an appointment thinking they wouldn’t be able to see me for at least a day or 2. They squeezed me in for the last appointment of the day. I was called by the nurse in less than 5 minutes and Dr. Huang saw me right away. Diagnosed my ear infection, gave me an unbelievably satisfying ear cleaning, and I picked up my prescriptions on the way home. Love this practice!

This was only my 2nd visit with Dr Huang, but I really like him! His kindness shines through, as well as his professionalism, & his explanations are easily understood! I've been with this practice decades, & since my previous ENT retired, I feel very comfortable with Dr Huang! Bless him for being so patient! I'd recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Huang entered the examining room and from that moment I actually felt that a connection was in the making. He was pleasant, friendly, smiled easily, and was attentive to my concerns. There was an air of confidence as he gently, carefully, and thoroughly continued with an examination. His explanation of what he observed was clear and was supplemented with charts hanging in the room. The sense of professionalism was apparent. At the conclusion of my visit, I felt very fortunate to have had my first appointment with him! Should I need visits in the future, Dr. Huang will be my doctor of choice!

Was able to schedule an appointment rapidly. Pre filling out of required paperwork was key to time management.

Dr. Huang listen to my concerns and took the necessary test quickly and was able to give a diagnosis and treatment. His staff is friendly and there was no long wait. I would highly recommend him. He is attentive and knowledgeable.

Very disappointing... I went in with pain and fluid in my ear which I can't hear anything out of... and Dr. Huang wouldn't do anything without a hearing test. I've been there many times for fluid in my ears, or wax and had tubes put in the office. I also have hearing aids, which he said I needed.. So I left there with no treatment and I'm still in pain. I was told to make another appointment for a hearing test. Is this how you treat patients? Is the office trying to make money doing unnecessary hearing tests? I'm done with this office and Dr. Huang

This office is the most efficiently run medical office I have been to. From the ease of the website, making appointments, the front desk to the Dr. Huang. This is a top notch organization. (No, I'm not related to anyone at ENT. They are really just that good.)

Horrible experience. Basically sent me home in tears, and I ended up in the ER 2 days later.

A doctor that presents himself as a god. This man has no self respect and rushes his patients. Clearly needs to learn to value the patient’s concerns. He could care less about your symptoms. Has a very fresh attitude when you ask him questions. Stay away from this bum Huang

Dr. Huang is an excellent doctor with respectable manners. He conducted the procedure, the pre and post surgery with great reassurance and comforting manner. He took the time to answer our questions and offered to be available in case we are in need. Dr. Huang`s staff is just as professional and wonderful as the doctor himself. This Dr doesn’t like to listen to the patient and he act like he’s god I don’t recommend for anyone

I had a Tympanostomy last week at the West Nyack Office. Dr. Huang told me what to expect prior to the procedure so there were no surprises. It was painless and quick. I put it off for a while because I was afraid, but it was truly the easiest procedure I have had. Dr. Huang answered all of my question and let me know what he was doing every stepp of the way.
