They are Great,I love it that Dr. IRVIN himself calls us about our test results not his nurse. We love him.He always acts like he has all day to take care of us...he listens and tells ya like it is . HIS whole staff is great especially his nurse Sherry.

He will be our family physician for as long as he is practicing. He advocates for his patients on a level that I have never experienced before. Not only is he personable, knowledgeable, and kind, but his entire staff is warm and beyond professional. Your health and your family’s is in good hands with Dr. Irvin.

Dr Irvin is great. He was my family physician for years. The care he gave my parents was excellent. He made house calls on them when they were no longer able to go to the office. His bedside manner is excellent.

This is bassed on the runs of past appointments... Everyone there is kind and very helpful they explain things so anyone can understand. They are fast at getting you in when you you call to make an appointment. They are very clean. They interact with your children to make their time there fun. My kids and I love everyine their. They are awesome.

I’m giving him a one star only because he was my dad’s doctor for many years. I have heard many complaints from family members in Mountain View,, this is not where I reside but it is where my parents lived for many years, and many family members. Dr. Irvin on April 10th was at Stone County medical center seeing my father and listening to his lungs. It was day two of him being at the hospital. I know on day three they always release the patients so they called his doctor. He listen to his Lungs and said they were clear, my father did not think so but he had faith in his doctor. On April 12 at 4 o’clock in the morning he was rushed to Stone County medical center once again. They then sent him to White River medical Center in Batesville. There they found that his lungs were not clear, in fact, he had MERSA, , he also was sepsis. My daddy died At 12:23 on April 21, 2019. I’m not saying that it is Dr. Irvin’s fault that my dad died but what I am saying is he released him by stating his lungs were clear! Again they were clearly not! I would beware and make sure you and your family do a lot of research and possibly find a new doctor! We knew our dad was sick for years but he always bounced back, he didn’t even have a chance this time! Very sad, very upset, very concerned! My entire family goes here, he’s amazing. He reminds me of the old school doctor, the ones who actually cared. He has came to my house before to see my grandmother when she was ill, and was at her funeral when she passed as a pallbearer.
