The ONLY complaint with my personal experience would be about the staff member who takes your pulse,temp,weight,etc. Neither one I have seen have been friendly or concerned about patients. The younger female did not even ask to see my arm to take my blood. She just looked down at it and waited until I took the initiative to roll up my sleeve. I felt dumb. They're just not friendly or personable and with it being the first person you see when you visit the doctor it almost ruins your experience.

Dr. Isbell himself is a great doctor. The other two that work out of the office with him are rude and unreliable though.
