Very rude staff and excessive wait times for appointments or when waiting to see a doctor. This is the only pulmonary clinic in Cleveland and they know it and will treat you like a annoyance when you are there.

He is very attentive to his patients, is an awesome physician. He is very informative.

Dr. Jaggers wanted to throw a CPAP at me and be done with me from the second I walked in the door. While I wasn't convinced I had sleep apnea and my sleep study reports were lacking information, I still followed his instructions and got the CPAP. My sleep drastically declined (and it was already terrible), but he was obsessed with my "non compliance," which was really just me having insomnia and only using the CPAP the few hours (1-3.5 hours most nights) that I happened to sleep. When I asked for some help with sleep so that I could reap the benefit of the CPAP, he refused to give me anything because I was "non-compliant." When I expressed that felt my concerns weren't heard, he referred me to someone else, right after telling me that sleep stages don't matter (particularly that it didn't matter that I had 2.5 min of deep sleep in my 1st study) and that he wasn't surprised my sleep was worse after seeing him, but he wouldn't give me anything (again) because I was "non-compliant."

my husband was a patient of Dr Jaggers..to me he is one of the best Doctors.he took great care of Roy I also have been his patient . i think he is the best

Dr Jaggers has changed my life. 30 years ago I seen him and he helped me with my asthma. The asthma returned with a vengance when I turned 56 after I contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever from a tick bite. I went for a year thinking it would go away. When i went back to Dr Jaggers, he figured it out and now I breath great. We even compared my x-ray from 30 years ago to my lung x-ray today. Thank you so much. My husband went to him for years. He rested better with a cpa machine. However, four years ago my husband took ill. He had numerous doctors and each had him on medications. These medications even though needed and monitored destroyed his liver. He was put in the hospital on life support. He lived 56 days. At the beginning, Dr Jaggers came to me trying his best to keep my hope up because the doctors were trying to reverse the liver failing. He told me to not worry about seeing each doctor that he would give me a report each night from all of them. He did!!! He is the most caring doctor I have ever met and tried his best to resolve the problems even the ones he wasn’t responsible for. Thank you Dr. Jaggers for helping this old woman when she was so desperate for help. Unfortunately, my husband’s liver was to far gone and nothing could be done. But, God has a plan for us even in the end. Releasing our love ones into the arms of God is hard but that is part of living. God took him home and healed him. By the way, Dr. Jaggers was so right about Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga. He got excellent care there. The nurses were so kind and helpful. Dr Jaggers is very thorough, and very caring toward his patients. I have never had a visit in which I felt as if I were being rushed or hurried, and he explains things very well. He is very clear in why we follow the course of treatment we choose, and explains the expected outcomes. His bedside manner is wonderful. His staff is amazing as well. I wouldn't see another pulmonologist, he is definitely my doctor!

The staff here is rude, abrupt, and refuses to communicate. Dr. Jaggers is inaccessible. After 9 days of our mother being under his care in surgical ICU at Tennova hospital, we were never able to speak with him, even after calling his office. I do not recommend Dr. Jaggers or his practice to anyone who cares about their family.

Rude staff and the slowest place in history.

Amazing doctor and amazing staff

Dr. Jaggers is always thorough and has a great bedside manner. He has helped me tremendously.

Godly wisdom has been imparted to Dr. Jaggers. He listens to his patients and prays with them. Throughout his career, Dr Jaggers has used his God-given wisdom to diagnose patients’ conditions when no one else could. I trust him with my life, as does all of my family.

Ridiculously rude office staff, very unprofessional.....Only seen the Dr one time...and that was enough. When he explained I would have to go without oxygen before an arterial test...I asked him what if I can't breath? He answered then you die...I'm not sure if that was supposed to be funny but it shocked me. One office visit & a few phone calls I thought they were very rude & so disrespectful I will no longer be a patient. They were ridiculously disrespectful to me. I should have seen Dr. Jaggers 25 years ago! My CPAP has made a huge improvement in the quality of my life. Thank you Dr. Jaggers and staff! John Ely , Cleveland TN

I wish I could've left the star blank! EVERYONE there was so rude! The Dr doesn't give you a chance to talk! You can't even tell him all your symptoms. You are rushed in and out. I tried to tell him and others in the office I didn't understand the instructions I was given but they laughed. They also would not work with me on scheduling. I was told I could't see him on Monday morning even though that was Monday morning. I was called about an appt didn't have. The girl yelled and called me a liar.
