Dr. John Paul Jones

Horrible!! Arrogant man that sent me into a meltdown. I was just there for a required evaluation and he totally freaked me out. After my “interview” w/ him I had about 2 hrs of multiple choice questions to answer. Since I was doing all this for an implant for pain one might assume I was in pain. I was. Intense at times. He had left and nobody else would help make me comfortable enough to finish without being in distracting pain. I was in tears by the time I finally finished and an hour drive home in pain, physical and emotional. Why this man is in the position he is...unfathomable. Horrible!! The first week I saw Dr, Jones, I was not impressed. I realized it was only a question and answer appointment and even though he interrupted one of my answers, I thought I would give him another try. The next two weeks were OK and I thought maybe I could make some progress. The fact is that he is so wrapped up in himself he puts the patient down, He made me feel like the worst wife and mother and also the dirtiest person in the world. Was not impressed at all with this provider. I had a couple of visits with him was not thrilled but thought he would grow on me, he was very assumptive. I had an appointment for a Monday but I found out the Sunday night before my appointment that my daughters first soccer game was that Monday. No big deal I thought, I'll just call and cancel it. So I called, let them know what happened and that I would call to reschedule. He then called me from his mobile phone at the time of my appointment and told me to call the office to reschedule. I thought this was odd so I called the front desk and asked that they let him know I had cancelled I didn't want to be rude. With things going on I hadn't had a chance to reschedule the appointment and about two weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $50 for late cancellation!!!! I can understand a no show fee but just a late cancellation fee........ I am so glad I did not schedule another appointment with this man, and never will again.
