It was the worst experience I have ever had. He pulled 2 of my teeth and my face was swollen and bruised horribly. The equipment and office is so out of date. The one tooth is bothering me after the ordeal and they won’t get me in cause they go to lunch the time I can be there. That’s great patient care NOT!

They took me in next day after a referral, for a cracked lower wisdom tooth. I had it surgically removed, local Anastisa for numbing. I wasn't strapped down. It was a very difficult extraction, I knew it would be. I felt the doctor and staff were wonderful and comforting. Dr. Lavieri got it out in about 35 min I'd say. This was yesterday. I have no bruising, just swelling as expected. Very affordable and reasonable ???? No BS. Thankful I found these guys! They took me in next day after a referral, for a cracked lower wisdom tooth. My experience with the good doctor has always been good, the majority of reviews I seen were a little negative to my surprise because it’s always been spot on. Let me say it this way if u are expecting to get service done to your mouth great u get what u pay for but if u go in wanting someone to lift ur spirits and coddle your feelings u will be disappointed cause he is not a psychologist he is a surgeon he gets stuff done period. So in short his work is solid can’t expect him to change ur diaper to lol!

Horrible experience I had 4 teeth extracted with local anesthesia. I was strapped down to a table and during the procedure started to swallow my own tongue and instead of consoling me I was yelled at and was asked why are you even crying. This man needs his medical license taken away and he needs to retire. Don’t go there you’ve been warned. Horrible experience I had 4 teeth extracted with local anesthesia. I went here for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out and was instantly very uncomfortable by how old and dirty everything seemed to be I was willing to look past that until I met with the doctor it was extremely uncomfortable he made a rude comment about one of the dental hygienist which is rather unprofessional in my opinion when he “examined” my teeth it consisted of jabbing me in my extremely sore and swollen wisdom tooth with a wooden stick.... a different dental hygienist then took x rays of my teeth and was very rude the entire process it’s safe to say I will definitely be getting my wisdom teeth out elsewhere don’t waste your time or money at this place I went here for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out and was instantly very uncomfortable by how old and dirty everything seemed to be I was willing to look past that until I met with the doctor it was extremely uncomfortable he made a … More

LONG REVIEW: i had an absolute horrible experience. first the dental hygienist called me back by calling me the wrong name which is not a comforting first sign. i’ll be honest and say i get anxiety when it comes to dental procedures so naturally i started crying when i got in the room to have my wisdom tooth removed. doctor laughed at me. also made a comment about my height and weight, not sure exactly what because i couldn’t hear him but it was followed by a laugh. for reference i’m 5’ 1” and 115 lbs so not too sure what’s to comical about that. then he complained that i didn’t tell the receptionist the right tooth and i said that i informed her it was my upper left wisdom tooth and got even more specific when i said that the dental hygienist from my dentists office circled number 16 (upper left wisdom tooth) on their card. doctors response was “oh” and shot the reception a look. the pulling of the tooth was absolutely horrible. gave me no direction so it was my fault that my jaw pushed the tooth back in, at least that’s what i heard him tell the dental hygienist. go home and am in excruciating pain. i’ve given birth and had my gallbladder removed so i’m familiar with pain. this was worse. called doctor and he said “i had a guy in here who had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and he wasn’t in pain”. i had to take 2 norcos just to get some sleep when the recommended dosage was half of one. the following day i was ridiculously swollen. i asked doctor if that was normal. he said it was more noticeable to me then someone looking at me because of my fair skin and light blue eyes, he never even saw the swelling. let me tell ya, it was incredibly noticeable and still is three days later. so basically PLEASE do not go to him. The whole staff was rude including Lavieri. They messed up the x-ray they took of me and refused to give me the original when I wanted to take it to another office. The woman who took my x-ray didn't know how to work the machine. The building the office is in looks like something from a horror movie. Do not recommend.

The office staff were very nice. They got me in right away and I was very grateful because I had a terrible toothache. Dr Lavieri was very good and told me if I felt anything to let him know. I was out in 30 minutes with a full set of instructions and no more toothache.

Well first off, the procedure was successful. I went in there to get a total of 6 teeth extracted and he did exactly that. However, everything inbetween was VERY undelightful! This guy is very arrogant and lacks the ability to make the patient feel comfortable. I would simply ask questions and he would fire back with snarky responses. For example, I asked, "Does the numbness in my mouth, numb everything where I will not feel it?" He responds, "Well duh! Otherwise it wouldn't work." While shaking his head. I asked for the sort of diet and routine of cleaning after the procedure and he responded with, "I told you that before when we spoke at our last appointment." I reminded him that it has been a while and I had forgotten and he said it has only been two weeks. Another example of his shotty attitude is when I asked how long the procedure usually takes and he replied to me with, "didn't you see that your appointment was scheduled from 8 to 9?" This guy is completely rude and has no tact on how to talk to patients and customers. That's just the beginning, once we got started, it got worse on how he handled the situation. My two upper wisdom teeth were the hardest ones to remove and took more time than usual than the other ones. He continued to blame me for not getting them removed when I was 18 so that they would easily slide out. He was ripping at my checks and now I have open wounds and rashes all over my mouth as a result of his rough procedure. He insulted me by saying that I kept moving my position of my head (Because he was ripping at my cheeks) and I didn't know any better to keep still. During all of this, he gave one simple rule to lift my left hand at the wrist to let him know I'm in pain so he can numb my mouth more. As he's ripping out one of my teeth I felt excruciating pain and lifted my hand as I was moaning in pain. He asked me if that was hurting and I shook my head yes. He scolded me saying that my hand wasn't lifted and I snapped back with a yes it was. The nurse had to argue too that she saw my hand lift. Hes a very grumpy old man, not to mention he has very shaky hands. The procedure took longer due to my upper two teeth and he was grunting and complaint the whole time. I DO NOT recommend this man for future procedures! Well first off, the procedure was successful. I went in there to get a total of 6 teeth extracted and he did exactly that. He’s horrible, he’s rude, he made my experience uncomfortable, he legit said to a nurse “ the Iv is only half way in I’ll fix t when she’s more sedated” , he rushed the consult, it’s been three weeks and I have a pain / pinch in my lower right side jaw, he never returns calls, he sucks and I don’t recommend him, I wish I never went to him and if I could I would rate him 0 stars.

First, he rushed my consultation. On surgery day, I was treated like an object and not comforted at all. He stabbed both of my hands around 5 times each before getting the IV in, leaving my hands badly bruised. He gave me too much laughing gas and left me conscious for much too long. He also gave me too much anesthesia, leaving me nauseous and nearly puking when I woke. I was then rushed out. My recovery was 10 days and my condition was bad. His call number was unreliable with rude operators.

It didn't bother me that I had to pay up front for the work that was done. The thing that bothered me was the girl quoted $145 to $200 and they charged me $225. The doctor was very rude. He yelled at me and did nothing but talk down to me the whole time. He made me cry 3 times and I was there a total of 30 minutes. "Pain or pressure"he'd say sternly. I said I definitely feel something he snaps back" I said pain or pressure I don't need an explanation!!" I'll Never go back. Disgusting behavior!

This place was HORRIBLE. first they didn't tell my boyfriend he had to pay upfront all the money when he went in for his wisdom teeth removal, a month before his surgery btw, then we get there and they tell me I cannot leave or else they will stop the surgery. One nurse called my childish and told me to grow up... YES SOMEONE THAT WORKS THERE SPAT FOUL LANGUAGE AT ME... then he gets done with his surgery and they wouldn't release him to me be I "made a scene" HORRRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
