Dr. Leonetti goes above and beyond in his care for patients. He is the top ENT in the state, if not the country, especially in complex cases. He was able to provide a diagnosis that has taken me five years after multiple visits to specialists. He genuinely displays an empathetic care, has incredible bedside manner, and is the consumate professional. He was thorough and diligent. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful I found Dr. Leonetti, I’ve had 2 operations on my left ear with him. He is very knowledgeable. He saved my life and my hearing. I highly recommend him as a physician.

I have been going to Dr Leonetti for years. His staff has always been kind, friendly and helpful. All of my appointments were not rushed and Dr Leonetti always answers my questions as well as explaining what is going on. No other Dr that I have gone to has helped my hearing issues until I went to Dr Leonetti. I come from out of state but it is well worth my time.

Dr. Leonetti has done 2 surgeries on my ear. He has a great bed side manner, he's prompt at seeing his patients, he is so knowledgeable and happy to explain things. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT.

Dr. Leonetti is great. I was referred to him because my ENT wasn't sure what was wrong. Dr. Leonetti immediately diagnosed me and was able to set me on a path of action that has greatly improved my ear issue. He was very thorough and friendly, and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Leonetti is amazing. I was referred to him by my ENT. He is very knowledgeable and extremely experienced. He is also very professional and he has an amazing personality. His Physical Therapist Lisa is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had. I had facial paralysis from August and I started seeing her in October. Prior to meeting her I was getting physical therapy with Amita. I honestly would not recommend any other physical therapist when it comes to facial paralysis. She definitely knows what she is doing and she was very caring and professional. I absolutely love them both and I am extremely blessed to have meet them at a time when I was at my lowest. Dr. John Leonetti is a highly skilled surgeon/doctor. My teenage son Peyton had facial paralysis following an accident. He and his staff treated us like family from the very beginning. He is very down to earth and explains information very clearly. He has years of experience, and with that came much wisdom and confidence in his abilities, and that is what we needed and found with him. I highly recommend that if you or a love one are dealing with a medical condition that Dr. Leonetti specializes in, you must not look any further. 25 years ago, Dr Leonetti discovered a 4 mm Acoustic Neuroma in my brain. He removed it and I've been fine ever since. And all these years later, he made such an impression on me that I've never forgotten him. He was FANTASTIC. If you are in need of his specialty, I would HIGHLY recommend him. Anyone who you can remember this fondly after 25 years is obviously someone who leaves an impression. Thank you, Dr Leonetti, I will never forget you!! Five stars out of five, for sure!!

My son had multiple surgeries performed on his ear. 3rd surgery we were told 1 thing & he went the opposite & applied a silicone piece instead which became severely infected. Went to our ENT near us to put tubes in but he couldn't perform & told me this is very serious & said im recommending you to another dr. And please do not go back to leonetti. So i went to another dr. To perform the last surgery & he wouldn't talk to me about leonetti. He just told me that hes going to make him better. Its your choice on choosing a dr. But i should have done my research. Be very aware.

Dr. Leonetti is the best Doctor anyone could have. Three years ago today he operated on my ear for cancer of the external auditory canal. This is an extremely rare condition and outcomes are usually not very good. He is very knowledgeable and caring and I am so very grateful to him. He saved my life! No need to say anymore than that.

I had an ear tymeanoplasty of the ear a promised 30 minute 99% success rate. Doctor does 9 a month no problem. Hearing should improve and broken ear drum will be repaired. Hearing is gone wearing a hearing aid. Constant ringing of the ears both. Pressure is so bad on that ear it is suggested I put tubes in but that may break the ear drum. Doctor Leonetti just kept telling me to give it time that was in July of 2017. He just dismissed me.

I feel like Dr. Leonetti just dismissed me. He said that my ear, head, eye and throat pain was from a TMJ dysfunction. He never even looked at my throat, he just saw my ears looked normal. He could be right but he certainly didn't make me feel like he wanted to rule out any ENT issues being that I have had recurring ear issues. He was polite but very dismissive. I'm disappointed.

Dr. Lionetti performed surgery on my ear for a cholesteatoma removal 9 months ago. The surgery was a great success my hearing is back better than it was before surgery. He is not only an amazing surgeon he's very pleasant and explains everything so well. He only deals with ears so he is very good at what he does.

Performed a parotidectomy to remove a pleomorphic adenoma, subsequently confirmed as benign. The growth required more complicated surgery than I anticipated but all turned out well, with minimal scarring and no complications with facial nerves. He's an expert! Glad I did some research and found him.

Dr. Leonetti saved my life! At age 38 I was diagnosed with acinic cell carcinoma of the parotid gland. Turns out the tumor was wrapped around my facial nerve. Dr Leonetti was so caring during such a stressful time in my life. The most talented and professional surgeon. He is outstanding and I am so grateful I found him.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, warm and caring physician. Had adenoid cystic carcinoma, and ear and neck surgery. Dr. Leonetti is a phenomenal surgeon, and has a great team. Would recommend to everyone.

20 years ago this past May I had surgery with Dr. Leonetti. I Went to him fo a second opinion and was the best decision I ever made. From the first 10 minutes of meeting Dr. Leonetti, I was reassured that I was in the best hands ever. Dr. Leonetti gave me information of what kind of brain tumor I had and explained in detail how it will be removed and the recovery time. Amazing dr!!!

Two years ago my situation was that I had virtually no hearing in my left ear and some hearing loss in my right ear. At that time, I began having issues in my right ear and I was told that eventually, if untreated, I would probably lose hearing in my right ear. After two surgeries, my hearing in the left ear has been significantly restored and my right ear issues have been corrected. The net result is, I now hear better now than I did 2 years ago. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, capable, trustworthy, and very skilled.

As a recent patient of Dr. John P. Leonetti, I must tell you: run don’t walk to see him! Hands down, he is the most compassionate and skilled surgeon on the planet. He monitored my case for more than a year with a diagnosis and protocol to follow which ultimately required surgery (11/30/17). His expertise in the ENT/Otolaryngology field is unparalleled. My deepest gratitude to Dr. John Leonetti at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood., Illinois and supporting staff. Dr. Leonetti did my surgery for a cochlear implant in 2013 and am fortunate to have found him. He is a highly skilled and competent surgeon that I would recommend to anyone without reservation. considering a cochlear implant/other related surgery. He has provided me with a hearing implant that keeps me in the hearing world, saving my marriage, job and social network. Eternal gratitude..

My son has had 3 surgeries with Dr. Leonetti, his first one when he was 7 years old. I am dreading the day when he retires. He is personable--has a friendly "Packers/Bears" rivalry with my now 17 year old son--and he makes you feel like he cares about you. He's amazing.

Truly a gifted and kind physician. We were referred to him by multiple other physicians for specialized ear surgery and he restored my wife's hearing---a gift she was without for over 30 years. Excellent experience in the office and in the ambulatory surgical department. Please note that not all ENT physicians are true ear and hearing specialist. We bless him every day.

I was referred to Dr Leonetti and the moment I met him I liked him. Friendly, professional, and personality?? We discussed my concerns about resolving my hearing loss and the potential for facial paralysis. I felt very confident in my decision to schedule the surgery. Dr. Leonetti told me it would take about 5 weeks for an opening for surgery. Not a problem at all. Does someone really want a DR that has tons of openings. Love him!! Went from 20% to 100% hearing in my ear. ?

This doctor and anyone who is around him is in the best hands around. Dr. Leonetti gave a second chance at life from vertigo. By far the only doctor I would want if you have Ménière's disease. I thank him and his staff for getting me back on my feet for my family. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Leonetti and Dr. Anderson and their staff. My life will forever be changed from what I have been through, but because of my awesome doctors and awesome family I now have my life back.

Wonderful doctor. Explains everything in easy to understand language. There are large problems with checking in at the Wheaton facility. It took me over 1/2 hour just to see the lady to check in. After another 10 minute wait, I was taken into another room where they went over my medication, and I was left there for another 10 minutes before I was taken into the examination room. Once there, the doctor arrived within 5 minutes. It should not take over 45 minutes just to check in.

I was diagnosed with a tumor in the parotid gland and needed to have it surgically removed. Because of all the facial nerves in that area, I wanted a surgeon who was highly rated and had much experience with this type of surgery. Fortunately I found Dr. Leonetti at Loyola. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and gave me a great deal of confidence going into surgery. One year later I am 100% cured and fine. Being a patient at Loyola was a wonderful experience. Everyone showed great care.

I had never seen Dr. Leonetti and had a terrible ear problem on a Friday. The office staff was amazing, squeezed me in and although I have had terrible experiences at other ENT offices, this was delightful. Dr. Leonetti was so kind, considerate and gentle. I couldn't have felt like I was in better hands. I am so grateful. My ears feel great!

I have been a patient of his for over 5 years and have had two ear surgeries performed under him and numerous office visits. I have had chronic issues with my left ear and think my last surgery was botched. On the day of my surgery, he had two operating rooms running in parallel which means he probably was barely overseeing each operation. I had a slightly disfiguring surgery performed which I questioned would even address the problem and 4 months later, my ear symptoms are back full force.
