Dr. John C Li

Dr li as well as a special team was assigned for my condition. He is an amazing doctor, patient and carefully takes time to explain what the situation is and how he addresses it. My condition was rare and he was one of the team members they saved my life

Been seeing Dr Li and Jared for years. Had an appointment that I could not make due to becoming ill the day before. Called the office and only an answering machine was picking up. Left 2 messages the day before and the day of. Never a call back. Now I receive a bill for “no show” for $35.00. I called and spoke to the manager who then told me they were short staffed at that time but she still cannot forgive the $35.00 no show fee. I explained to her about leaving the messages and she did not want to hear it. She was not understanding and rude at the same time and told me I was still responsible for the $35.00 fee. How do you admit you were short staffed and not forgive a 35.00 fee??!!

Dr. Aquillina, audiologist was an excellent listener and his expertise was evident in the smooth methodology used in testing with explanation of rationale. No explanation of results. Rushed, ineffectual encounter with a charming Dr. Li. Unfortunate. Some of the remaining encounters with office staff were disappointing at best. Saddening and upsetting communication. Disappointing. Exhausted from health issues for 6 months. Sudden changes in meds leave the pt. to manage any adversities alone. These changes are frivolous if an effective regimen has been established. Pts are not experiments. Listening and taking a pt. history is imperative. To ignore a pt.'s self knowledge minimizes the entire interaction, placing the pt. at risk, as well as the care giver. Dr. Li was able to diagnose my mother with an acoustic neuroma when she started to experience the debilitating effects of Bells palsy. Other doctors and specialists all just said that her palsy was a side effect of COVID and treated her with antibiotics to no avail. Not only did Dr. Li and his staff take the time to find and pinpoint the cause when no one else would, he arranged treatment and performed surgery that vastly improved her quality of life. I cannot say enough of Dr. Li his caring demeanor and his bedside manor after surgery. Through every step of her journey he (as well as his support staff-especially his surgery coordinator) was a consumate and caring professional. Dr Li had seen my husband and I thought that he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a very personal physician. I then made an appointment for myself. I felt the same after my appointment. The only issue is they are very busy office that gets really crowded and you have to make the appointment weeks to months in advance.

Had a wonderful visit with Dr Li He was professional, took his time and explained all my options. It was amazing to find that he was an under study of Dr Richard Miyamoto who actually worked what I considered a miracle when he reconstructed my inner ear and restored my hearing. Dr John Li gave me the same cofidence that I had in now retired Dr Miyamoto. Highly recommend this doctor.

Visited twice with PA Jared and assistant Hailey in last two years for vertigo. Extremely punctual both times and Jared is top notch - really checks you out thoroughly and goes the extra mile. Terrific teamwork with his assistant Hailey who is efficient, detailed and you don’t have to tell the doc everything you told her. Really nice to experience a well run practice with great teamwork, communication, efficiency and most of all, leaving you with confidence that you were well taken care of. It has been 19 yrs since you did sinus surgery on me . May 19th 2002. I went for sinus surgery to get polyps out. When I woke up from surgery and I had ringing in my ears. You immediately said it wasn’t from the surgery. I had never had tinnitus before in my life. Then you said it could be from the medicine. I was in pain and scared and you basically turned your back on me. Your staff said you didn’t want to see me and there was nothing you could do for me. My dad couldn’t believe what he was hearing) {When your staff said that my dad was there ) The next year I didn’t want to live and I researched everything . I did contact you one more time and asked about Tinnitus Retraining therapy . You scoffed at it and said it wasn’t covered on medical insurance . I felt helpless and you were no help after the surgery . It was baffling that you didn’t want to see me or help me. It is absolutely the worst feeling in the world. People ask why I don’t take vaccine, It is because of you. I realized a doctor that is suppose to be great didn’t want to help and I was on my own to fend for myself. When I walked in, noticed that people both in the waiting room and behind the front desk were wearing masks improperly. I paid both a co-pay and my insurance was charged, and when trying to remedy the double charge, their office phone number keeps failing. The PA Jared was nice but disappointed with office management.

Thorough, thoughtful, patient and efficient. Great doctor. No wonder he is considered the best!

Every bit of amazing. Never felt rushed, Dr Li went into detail over my concerns and provided me with an understanding to my health concerns.

I had vertigo for years I would go to a local ENT doctor it would be fine for a week or month Heard about Dr Li one visit no problem for over 2’years Great office staff

Doctor Li was phenomenal for me. I had no airway passage in my nose when I came to see him and after a long and complex surgery, he corrected the situation to a perfect fix. Thank you again to him for his great work.

After experiencing vertigo over the course of a year, I decided to see Dr. Li. He is extremely kind and caring, and my vertigo is now resolved. His explanations were helpful, and all my questions patiently answered. If it should recur, I would definitely see him again. His entire staff is courteous and the office is very well run.

I went to Dr. Li precisely after having gone to another ENT with whom I was dissatisfied. Dr. Li did not know this until after I had discussed my reasons for a visit. He was pleasant, polite, friendly (actually greeted me), listened attentively,and most importantly explained pertinent information and procedures as he examined my ears, nose and throat. He addressed all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed nor did he address my questions with "ego" nor a dismissal attitude (as the previous doctor had done). I left feeling very relieved and well-cared for. The staff also was professional and attentive. Overall, I recommend him for anyone who seeks and appreciates a quality Dr.'s visit. Thank you Dr. Li.

I saw Dr. Li, as well as his PA, Jared, and I’m extremely pleased with the treatment for my vertigo as well as the results. Dr. Li takes the time to thoroughly explain, as well as to answer any questions with intelligence and respect. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is courteous and helpful as well.

Waste of time and money. Horrible service and follow up.

This office staff is horrible. I was diagnosed with vertigo by my PCP. She gave me a referral to see Dr. Li. The staff had a miscommunication with my PCP's office and did not get the referral. I showed up at Dr. Li's for my appt. only to be told that they couldn't see me because there was an error with my referral. Even though it was an interoffice error, and due to no fault of my own, they would not see me. They rescheduled me for three weeks out once they had the referral. My vertigo lasted 4 weeks, but bc it took them 5 weeks to see me, Jared was unable to do an evaluation bc I was not experiencing vertigo. He assured me that since I was now an established patient, I could get in easily the next time. Well, I have vertigo again. I called to set up the appt. I am being told that I cannot be seen without a referral even though I am an established patient. They were kind enough to schedule me for an appt. 8 days from today (the day that I called). It seems that this office is all about getting paid and not at all about caring for people. So frustrating. This office staff is horrible. I was diagnosed with vertigo by my PCP. After many years of sinus infections and problems, Dr. Li has given me great relief with a combination of therapy and surgery. Jared Brunk P.A. has looked after me and is excellent also. I cannot say enough about the kindness and care you will receive at this office.

My vertigo can be scary and debilitating. He properly identified the cause and made the necessary adjustments which allowed me to go back to my normal routine without surgery or medicines. I’ve had three subsequent flare ups in the last ten years. He repositioned my crystals each time and I was able to go back to work he following day. He is exceptional.

I had an 8:30 am appointment so that I could get in and out quickly. At 9:15 am I was still waiting in the doctors exam room. I asked the medical technician what was going on and she said, only after asking her that the doctor would be in in 10 minutes. At 9:25 am I walked out of the room and left. I went to the front desk to ask why I waited one hour and did not see the doctor and a male assistant just walked away. I sent a fax to dr li and no response so I filed this post.

He has done all my sinus surgeries. Would not trust anyone else. Very thorough. Jared is amazing also.

Very unhappy with this physician and staff. Too busy to really care or listen. I feel like the basic set up is you spend a decent amount of money going through the basics with the P.A. and then you actually get to see the Dr. who is too busy to spend any quality time with you. Quick 5 minute visits and a bill and you are on your way, with no real treatment or diagnostic plan. If you fall into one of the basic diseases that are easy to treat, great, if not, waste of your time and money.

I have been seeing Dr Li for years and he has done numerous surgeries on my ears. would not trust anyone else! His whole office is compassionate and you never feel rushed.

I was seen today in DR. Li's office by his assistant, his right hand man I believe. I apologize I do not know the name. Really great person, heart of gold. He really helped me out and gave his honest opinion. I would recommend them to anyone if you want a kind and caring consultation. Thank you so much. -Alyssa

Dr. Li treated my husband’s Vertigo last July so effectively with his “astronaut chair” used to get the loose “crystals” back into place. His office staff was very helpful too.

Absolutely phenomenal doctor. Seriously impressed. Just came in to have a second opinion after acouple of sets of tubes as a kid, a cholesteatoma removed. He fully explained my ear and what a previous doctor has done that I did not understand until now. Not only did he take his time but showed me the inside on camera under the microscope as he was working. I can't explain how happy I am to have gone and will continue to go from here on out. Dr Li's colleague advised me he was experienced in Eagle syndrome. I verified this with his staff prior to scheduling. Then I had a more than 5 week wait for an appointment. My imaging records are from 2013. Dr Lisa did not order further studies. Said, "we cannot help you." That was that. The multiple blows to my head, face, neck & throat were much easier to accept than the trauma of Li's indifference & lack of interest in following through. I travelled by transportation service to see him.

Dr li is great! And Jared is a great assistant.... both are well versed in their profession.

Dr. Li and Jared Brunk are amazing! They are so great...so knowledgeable but always take plenty of time with us to properly diagnose and create a treatment plan. Multiple times they have sought more cost effective and successful treatment plans instead of just trying to make as much money as they can. We won't go anywhere else to care for our family and I highly recommend Dr. Li and Jared with no reservations.

Dr. Li is amazing. My son started seeing him at the age of four and even my son loves it when he works on his ears! He is so gentle and kind.

Dr Li did an amazing job removing the tumor from inside my ear on my ear drum. He had to laser off 3\4 of the ear drum remove and kill the tumor and then reattach the dear drum.. it's a year later and I'm hearing great and have no problems! !I highly recommend him!!

WORST PLACE EVER!! IN MY LIFE. You have to wait 50 minutes in the room. I do not recomend to anybody.
