Dr. Marshall is fantastic. Caring and professional!
Absolutely the best care. Wonderful staff. Good personal care and the only bad thing is u have to have a tooth ache to go back to see them. Lol. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
I was very apprehensive about going into my appointment due to the current pandemic, but as soon as I entered the office my doubts were gone. It seems as every precaution imaginable was taken for my safety and it immediately put me at ease. The assistant was great and while waiting for the doctor to come in, even made me forget what I was even there for! Dr.Marshall himself was nothing short of amazing both in his work and great attitude. Although I don't want to have to see an oral surgeon again, if the need arises, I will be going back to Dr.Marshall and recommend anyone else do the same. Super friendly staff. John Marshall, DDS is super nice and informative and definitely a people person & front desk staff is very organized, efficient and helpful.
I am General Dentist who also practices in Fall River , Massachusetts. I have referred my patients to Dr. Marshall since he started to practice Oral Surgery. I have never repeat never received any complaints from any of my patients concerning this practice. It just goes to show that no matter what we do as human beings there is always going to be someone who we can not please. Please disregard the last google review that is posted about this office. Dr. Marshall and his staff were absolutely amazing with my 11 year old who needed to have a tooth extracted. He was unable to have his tooth taken care of by his dentist due to his anxiety. Dr Marshall and his nurse made my son so comfortable and relaxed that he even asked if that could be his regular dentist for good.
