I've been a patient here since before Dr. Carmichael took over a few years back and have had some really excellent experiences. In particular, my hygienist Sofiya is absolutely incredible. Not only is she fast and gentle, she's also super sweet and always willing to take the time to teach me more about oral health.

Spent 1900.00 on lower dentures and went back in to have them adjusted. Never did fit right and can eat only soft food. This place is a rip off. Never ever go back. Treated me as if I were a nuisance.

The dentist and staff were great! I was apprehensive about going to the dentist at first but they made me feel right at ease.

I have been going to Watauga Family Dental for 28 years. Dr. Carmichael is a really great doctor. I would not go anywhere else.

Had a filling done. They did a great job Was friendly and courteous

My hygienist was very professional and explained exactly what she was doing. She demonstrated how to brush and floss my teeth correctly and answered any questions I had. Also the office personnel were very friendly.

Great office, very nice supporting staff. Dr, Carmichael is a great dentist. The dental work I’ve had done so far is excellent. I would recommend him to others needing a dentist.

Staff was very professional. My appointment was right on time. Dr Carmical was efficient. Pricing for services are reasonable.

I don’t like going to the dentist, but Wautaga Dental makes it as pleasant as possible. My dental hygienist did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and giving me dental hygiene advice.

Phenomenal experience & customer service from everyone! From the receptionist, hygienist, & doctor everyone was so pleasant to deal with. They helped me out a ton & worked with all my concerns promptly & professionally. Highly recommend coming to check them out for all your dental needs

Great doctor and staff. 1st time I ever enjoyed going to the Dentist.

At first, I was nervous about new personnel, but that quickly changed. Malina was great; and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you!

First visit So far so good very nice staff very pleasant visit.very informative Dr. Was very nice too I'm very impressed for my first visit. 2nd visit pulled all my top teeth set top dentures perfect . Third visit made impressions for lower teeth can't wait in two weeks to get the lowers set this office and all the staff is so awesome.

I had a temporary crown come off, called to see if they could put it back on for me. They were very agreeable, efficient and friendly. I would recommend this dental practice.

The team at Watauga Dental are the most Fun yet Professional team I’ve ever encountered. I had a 4 pm appt, but then an issue came up with my permanent crown (my fault) but they stayed late to make sure it was right!!! That’s customer service! (You girls know who you are!!)Thank You soo much!!!

Okay, nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Carmichael and his staff do a great job of making it tolerable. Excellent hygienist who does all the required poking around without causing pain,and friendly front-office people. Have gone here for years, and plan to continue.

I have put off all dental care for at least four years. I had experienced pain on the right side of my mouth intensely for a week before I finally caved and called in for an appointment. I was luckily seen the same day and was treated that afternoon.(NOT TYPICAL FOR ANY OFFICE, JUST EXTREMELY LUCKY ON MY PART AND EXTRMELY KIND ON THEIRS.) I was treated for a root canal and can say that compared to past experiences, shots included. This was definitely the most painless experience I’ve had at a dentist. Dr. Carmichael was so friendly and an the hygienist did a great job. Very personable

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Carmichael is professional and kind. I'm thankful for Dr. McNeff chose him to take over his practice. I have to add that I experience great anxiety knowing I'm getting a shot...this is the first time in my life I hardly felt the shot. My experience was easy and pain free. I was getting fitted for a crown. Dr. Carmichael as well as the dental assistant Maria, were very gentle and made me feel at ease during the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Bryan Carmichael and his staff.

The staff is awesome. They make you feel at ease. Dr, Carmichael explained every thing he was about to do, I really like going there because he does it all from cleanings to root camels.

Received a root canal today. Everyone was nice and professional. I didn't have to wait my appointment started right on time. They didn't try to push any extra procedures on me. I was a new patient, but I will make this my regular office.

Great experience with Dr. Carmichael and staff! Everyone did a great job with reducing my anxiety and making me feel welcomed. Never thought that being at a dental office would be that much fun!

I really like going to Watauga Dental Center. The front office staff are so friendly and courteous. My dental hygentist today was Samantha. I really like her. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. We had a great conversation during the visit. Looking forward to going back in Sept.

Went in for what I would consider an emergency root canal. Coming in with high levels of anxiety due to being giving the run around at a completely different dentist for over a month. The doctor and front staff at Watauga Dental took me in with open arms, listened to my complaints, and soothed my discomfort before putting me in the chair. I was released from the hospital the previous day after having major surgery and Jane, my cleaning hygienist, had great concern for my care and overall comfort during this appointment. She went above and beyond the call of duty and provided her expertise that I had the best care during this difficult time.

I was so impressed with Watauga Dentals', Dr. Carmichael and staff to squeeze me in to start a procedure that is "time sensitive" with my limited insurance plan! They were all so kind and took the time to give me all the information I needed to be able to move forward without worry:)

Dr. Carmichael solved my problem quickly and painlessly. He made sure I was satisfied with how my bite felt. I also like all the people that work there. The dental assistants are wonderful. The ladies that work behind the desk are always helpful and friendly. Everyone at the practice are very patient oriented.

Dental hygienist Jane and dentist, Dr. Carmichael, did an excellent job. Standard x-rays, cleaning, and exam were flawless.
