VERY good doctor, explaines everything and is there for his patients

I was very grateful to finally find a good doctor here in Havasu. Then when Dr Moran had to leave for personal reasons, the communication with staff was terrible. Two days ago I had a telecall scheduled for 2:30. By 4 I called because I never received the call. They told me I would receive a call within 1/2 hr. Never received call. I called service again and asked for them to call next day. No call…. This is unacceptable. I am a patient of Dr Moran and need to see him.

Dr John Moran is the Man!!! I recently moved to Lake Havasu from Santa Barbara and I needed a new primary care physician. After doing alot of research on different doctors I could choose from I picked him. Im glad I did. From the very first interaction he put me at ease. His whole demeanor was upbeat and positive. He is very personable and most importantly he made me feel heard. He actually listened and related to me. He also has quite a bit of expertise and knowledge. Prior to working at this family practice he worked at a hospital so he's seen it all. All in all I've never had a doctor like this, I am very happy I found him. Thank you Dr. Moran, I appreciate your help. The nurses and staff are awesome too. The perfect combo!!
