I am very satisfied with the level of service that Dr. Nicolau and his staff provide to me. The equipment is maintained properly, so every exam has been very thorough, for my glaucoma. The consult is done at the end of the visit, when I leave the office, I know exactly what is happening with my eyes. I would refer family and friends to Dr. John Nicolau, because of the quality of service he provides! Norma Heine
Dr. Nicolau is an excellent ophthalmologist who specializes in glaucoma. He has a warm and caring manner, and takes his time with you. He communicates (which is rare in medicine!) with you about what he is doing and why, and about his findings. He answers your questions in ways you can understand. His staff are excellent as well, personable, and demonstrating that same caring and emphasis on communication. Probably one of the best medical appointments I've ever had.
