Dear John, Oh John. I would hardly call this person a professional. He has no bedside manner whatsoever and his sadistic tendencies combined with a fragile ego make him dangerous as a practitioner of medicine. We made him acutely aware of my wife’s past trauma with dental work. She informed John that the nitrous wasn’t working yet; that she was still lucid and could feel pain. In spite of this, he took great pleasure in inflicting pain on her, and through her muffled cries to stop, he threw his hands in the air and exasperatedly stated “well, if you’re going to act like that we don’t have to do this at all!!” Based on our first and only experience with dear John, we would urge the public to stay far away from this immature and unstable person. I had a very bad and humiliating experience with this doctor, I have not seen any doctor making fun of patients, no proper respect nor caring for the concerns of the patient. In short I will not visit him again and I do not recommend him to anyone. Staff are much better than him. Dr. Ouano is amazing and the staff is out of this world. In my time of agonizing pain, these people gave me hope!

They have managed to turn the loss of my original smile into a plan for the best possible smile for me. It takes a strong and gentle presence when faced with something so personal and they are that. It is a pleasure to be treated with kindness and respect. There is a "we" atmosphere that extends to the staff in general. Thank you for your time and talent, you are a treasure.
