Dr. John K Randall

I waited so many months to get an appointment and then was disappointed by this medical office. I was seen by an N.P. who was rather arrogant and dismissive of my concerns. I also did not appreciate him pulling his mask off and talking close to my face. (He did not ask me if this was OK by me.) He prescribed a cream which I told him did not work in the past. The cream is not working again now, but I will have to go to a different dermatologist. I cannot recommend this practice. They threatened me with a $25 no show fee, then cancelled me the day before my appointment. They tried to call, but we had been corresponding by text so I didn't get the call (I generally don't answer unknown numbers), so I showed up. After telling me I was cancelled, and I left, I texted them that they owed me a $25 fee for them cancelling (they said the guy I was scheduled with was sick - they could have squeezed me in with someone somewhere). Still no check in the mail....

What a disappointment! I have been there for laser hair removal and it took 4 visits to get it done. Never seen the doctor. Very expensive ($225) for 2 min treatment(which should take at least 15-20), that did not even removed any hair. Was advised to visit them soon for the next treatment, which is not gonna happen. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had Mohs surgery. Dr. Randall explained things well. Recommended

Dr. Randall is an expert in his field and very well versed in other fields of medicine as well. He is a perfectionist in every form of treatment he performs and has zero tolerance for mediocre practitioners. Dr. Randall has always taken however much time was needed, to answer all of my questions, to my complete satisfaction. He has performed several surgeries on me through the years and I have always been happy with the results. I recommend him without hesitation.

Dr Randall took care of my problem the first time I say him . this was after 20 years of others trying to take care of my problem . Thankfully I was able to get in and see Dr. Randall and was started on my way to curing what was wrong for decades -he took care of it my first visit-Very nice dr. besides a nice man his staff was polite and very helpful. I would completely trust him and recommend Dr. Randall and his staff too anyone. they will take care of you and make you feel more then just a #.

Went often with my husband. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but it is caused by the conscientious care that is given. My husband had multiple skin cancers. Results of surgeries were always very good. Dr Randall and staff are warm and kind in their approach to their patients.

Dr. John Randall, MD is my dermatologist in West Lafayette, IN and has been practicing for many years. I have been seen by him since 1990. He specializes in dermatology, mohs micrographic surgery, and much more. He has been very dedicated in providing me with the best skin care treatments and continues to watch for any signs of skin damage. He is courteous and professional, just like his staff. I would recommend him highly! Thanking him and his staff for all they have done for me.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Randall is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He and his practice are always at the forefront of technology and cutting edge procedures. I highly recommend his expertise!

Office staff was Rude. Short as if calling to schedule an appointment was a burden. I was call as a new patient. Glad they could not accommodate me. Customer service is a lost art. Would not recommend this office.

Terrible experience, the worst nightmare for my 8 year-old daughter who was referred by her pediatrician to check a suspicious mole. The"doctor" who treated her was in fact just a nurse practitioner. She performed a surgery to remove it and the 8 stitches wound started falling apart after 3 days. We returned to have it fixed, but her solution was just to apply Acquaphor. Of course it got infected, and painfully didn't heal before 6 mos. Had to drive to Kokomo to see Dr. Randall to do laser on it

Members of our family have been fortunate enough to have had Dr. Randall provide dermatology services for the last 20 years (wife, daughter, friends, and myself have all obtained his services). Dr. Randall is extremely knowledgeable. We have been very pleased with his services, level of expertise, and for the care he provides. We have referred him to family and friends of family and will continue to do so. The office staff are courteous and insurance billing through them is seamless. Thumbs Up

Dr. Randall has correctly diagnosed skin problems that were incorrectly diagnosed by a family physician and an ER doctor. He is worth the wait to get in to see him. He will always be straight forward, honest, and absolutely right with his diagnoses and treatment recommendation.

Seriously i hate this place to the core. I dont know what type of management they do as they make people to wait for an hour and half..! Seriously man are you kidding me.., i waiting for one n half hour over here. They pretend as if they are damn busy but seriously i guess they dont have anything to do work rather than making people wait. I took time off from work and came here 15mins before my appointment time but these people made me wait for an extra one and half hour which was nuts. If you do keep doing this then you guys will end up having no customers and this place may get closed down. Stop making people wait..! If you cant manage then stop giving appointments and stop wasting peoples time..! I wish i can rate "1/2" rather than rating "1". Seriously i hate this place to the core. My husband had Mohs surgery done with this Dr. on December 2, 2015. We drove 2 hours to only be forced to sit another 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. During the procedure his nurses continually interrupted the surgery to discuss the Christmas office party! The first time was to discuss the entertainment, the second time was ask what credit card was going to pay for the party! They were so loud I couldn't hear the attending nurse give me follow up directions!! Extremely Unprofessional and Rude!!
