My new dentist!

The staff are always warm and friendly and they treat you with respect

I have never been yelled at nor belittled by a professional like I did the first and only time I dealt with this dentist.

Dr and staff are awesome...

Wonderful and caring Dental Office

I have had nothing but amazing experiences here! The dentist, hygienists, assistants, and all staff are just so kind and full of happiness. I’ve been going here for many years and would recommend to everyone!!

Walked out while in the middle of filling out paperwork because of the way we were treated. It was an appointment for my daughter and when I started to go back with her they told me I was not allowed to go back with her. I said ok nevermind then and we left. They then sent someone out to our car to say I could come back this first time but not on subsequent visits. I told them that would not work for us. I didn't want to waste any more time with a dentist that we would never return to. So obviously this may not matter to some people but if you want a dentist who respects parents and their rights and want to make sure they are treating your child appropriately, avoid this place. Great dentist and wonderful staff,

My first appointment went fine. I went in for my second, scheduled 3 months out. Scrambled my schedule to get to his office 2.5 hrs early, at their request. When I was confused on the planned treatment, the dentist came in mad, told me he wasn't going to do third world dentistry (????) and I was hostile and disrespectful. I left. I will gladly find a new dentist, if this one is so upset when the patient has questions. It was very obvious to me, he was having a bad day. My first appointment went fine. Absolutely the best Dentist and staff in the Tri-Cities. Dr. Renye and his team are always polite, courteous, and friendly during your visit. They are extremely thorough and make the patients as comfortable as possible. Keep up the great work!

My experience with Dr. Renye was great. I cannot find fault with the dental service he provides. His organization, however leaves much to be desired. I recently had an appointment with his office. I was seen by a temporary contract employee for cleaning and x-rays. I did not receive the services for which I was billed. I saw the bill and immediately expressed concern that I had not received the stated services. the situation was immediately disarmed by the staff saying they would file with the insurance company and see what happens. 3 months later I receive a significant bill for services, again not received. There was no convincing the staff that this was not so. I'm aghast that a service oriented business would literally take the word of a temporary employee and not their customer. I was made out to be a liar and a deadbeat,, for which I'm proud to say I'm neither. I hope you have better experiences than I did.

Dr. Renye's office has been so accommodating in helping my father transition to dentures/partials. All of the staff are friendly and inviting, and I could not be more pleased with the experience this dental office has to offer. Highly recommend!

My family has been going to dr renye for years. I highly recommend this office, they are very knowledgeable, have the latest equipment, and treat you like family. They even went out of their way to get my daughter seen for a toothache recently. A++++

I found Dr. Renye's office through a random internet search. I'm usually not so lucky with those, but he's turned out to be a great dentist! The office and staff are great! I'm very happy with all the work that I have had done!

Doctor Reyne and his staff are extremely professional and efficient. We been going there for the last five years and they are outstanding every time. When we show up for our appointments we are typically seen in less than five minutes! Such a great example and level of service they are providing for the medical industry.

I'm so happy with my new upper and lower dentures. Dr. Renye and his assistants discussed the entire process and even help me pick out a color for my new teeth. My old dentures did not fit and I'm so happy with my new set. I have many complements on my teeth.

This is a very warm and inviting dental office. I had to have a root canal and a crown on my front tooth, and I was very nervous about the procedures. Your staff from the front desk entry through to the staff assistants, hygienist, those who prep before and after my procedures are fantastic. My entire experiences at your office were most pleasant, relaxing, comfortable. All persons were accepting and willing to engage in conversation and medical procedure explanations. I have been a patient of Dr. Renye since 1996! He has always provided excellent treatment for my wife,Joyce, and myself! The staff is very competent and friendly! Regular 6 month exams and treatments have caused us to have excellent dental health. We highly recommend Dr. Renye and his staff in his very modern office!

I broke a tooth and they got me in the same day to take a look at it. Dr. Renye discussed the crown procedure, then scheduled me for the treatment the next day. It was a good experience and my temporary looks great.

I have known Dr Renye for over twenty years. His knowledge, professionalism and values are unsurpassed .His team members are courteous, empathetic and well trained. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for my dental services.

What an amazing dentist!!! Dr. Renye and his staff are very friendly and passionate about their work. I have been going to Dr. Renye for years and could not imagine going anywhere else. I'm completely satisfied with the care he provides.

I had 3 fillings done in one day and was in excruciating pain when I came in the next day to have 2 more done before my insurance ran out. I asked since I was going to have a total of 5 fillings done in 2 days and was already in pain if he could write me anything for pain. His response was "First of all, we don't write narcotics here and second of all, if you're in that much pain, we just don't need to do any more today." I told him that even if I just had to be in pain, it was better than having to pay out of pocket because my insurance ran out in 2 days. His response to that was "I don't work based on insurance.". I left there crying and was treated like I was just a junkie looking for a fix. He never once apologized or said he hoped I felt better. I don't care if my next dentist is twice the cost, I will NEVER go back to Dr. Renye. He was a complete jerk. I wouldn't suggest this office to my worst enemy. I was embarrassed because I was made to feel like I was just seeking a fix for pain pills and because I left the office in front of all the other patients in tears. I know now that HE should be the one who is embarrassed for treating a patient that way.
