This is a review I should have posted years ago when I began seeing Dr. Ross & his staff. It is a practice that truly goes above and beyond in patient care and empathy. Dr. Ross is professional, articulate, gentle and caring in a Dental specialty not known for it’s gentleness. Susan R. has created a cohesive, personable & efficient administrative staff that are a pleasure. While no fool would say they look forward to an extraction or dental implant, they are the sunny spot in an otherwise yuck procedure. Dr Ross is articulate, gentle, professional, knowledgeable, and forthcoming... His staff is warm and friendly.
Dr Ross is so gentle and listens to my symptoms. His staff is exceptional with caring and so professional!!! So thankful to have found them!!!
If I could give Dr. Ross and his staff more stars, I would. He has been my Periodontist for a number of years and has done quite a bit of work on me, including an implant. He is an excellent dentist. His staff in the Chesapeake office are always kind, friendly and give excellent customer service as well. His dental hygentist, Christy, does a great job as well and makes you very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so so kind and really worked with me. Everyone was amazing. Dr. Ross answered all my questions and was super friendly.
