He is ok. But the practice is really only interested in selling you on cosmetic procedures. Super hard to get an appointment for skin check.

The office is very busy and rushed but everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The Dr. was very professional and did a good job. Prescription for pain med date was written over twice so it looked “forged” by pharmacy. They wouldn’t fill it and office was closed. I was in a lot of pain so friend brought me some of her pain meds at 10 pm. Had to go to office the next day to get a new prescription, took till noon to get it all sorted. Every experience with Dr. Siebenlist has been very positive, from examinations to treatments. Melanoma & Moh's surgeries were very successful (both many years ago). He's taken good care of my 83 year old skin for 20 years.

Lacy and Dr. Siebenlist were both very attentive and informative about my condition and prescribed procedures. They made me feel much more assured about taking action to address my condition. The check in process was quick and efficient and the waiting area very clean and comfortable.

Dr Siebenlist is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor! His eyes are amazing! He caught melanoma at 4 mm when other dermatologists overlooked it. In addition to his extremely competent skills his kind and genuine care make me feel that my husband and I are in superbly capable hands and are very fortunate to have him make our lives better!

Waiting room has great view, but VERY uncomfortable chairs that patients must sit and wait for hours to have their next proceedure. Bring your own food....you are told that they provide food, but very minimal and not available often throughout the day. Having medical work done makes me HUNGRY! Coffee and tea only available in the morning. Very small drinking glasses avialable from dispenser....bring your own bottle of water! This was my first experience having anything "removed" other than a biopsy. It was easier than I expected. Both the assistant and the doctor were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The doctor even offered me his cell number in case I needed to speak with him further. I was very impressed.

Dr John Siebenlist is wonderful. He is thorough with his exam and makes you feel important. We are so grateful to have him in San Luis Obispo to care for our family.

Great service and care from all. I had been searching for a treatment solution for some time and John finally had one for me. He was excited and confident the treatment would help and it has! One thing to note, there was sometimes a disconnect between nurses and doctors, such as someone didn't take pre procedure photos the first time, didn't receive the option for numbing cream the first time, but did the second time. The Dr. has done two surgical procedures on my face to remove cancer and in both cases after digging out the cancer his stitching procedure has left with no scaring. Dr. is very polite and willing to give you details as to what he is doing.

The procedure itself was not so fun, but the care I received from everyone that worked with me was exceptional! So much kindness and caring! Dr. Siebenlist did an amazing job and as soon as I took off my bandage at home and saw the sutures, I knew it was going be fine. So precise and perfect!

I want to mention the exceptional customer service I had a check out when I couldn’t come back in a week in the afternoon, the associate thought out of the box and got me in before 8 in the morning to get the stitches out. That’s exceptional customer service! I really appreciate it. Also the whole experience of diagnosis to surgery was excellent and I appreciate the professionalism as well as compassion of the staff. Well done!!!

Botox appt. with Dr. Siebenlist. I've been seeing Dr. S for close to 20 years. He's awesome.

On the Mohs days, I suggest you provide an opportunity between the sampling and test results to allow patients to leave their cell phone numbers to be called for the next phase.

Even though the procedure took longer than expected, I was glad that it was done in steps, and am now rid of the cancer with as little tissue removed as possible. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Thank you all.
