Great place, always friendly.

It was my first time in this office, I was looking for a good quality, gentle but thorough, routine cleaning for my sensitive teeth. Noor exceded my expectation, she did a excellent job without pain during and after my session.

Me and my family have used Dr. Tailor for years now. He is very professional and has always taking care of me and my kids. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are so friendly and truly go above and beyond. Dr. Taylor explained everything that he was seeing and has provided a great plan to help me with some gum issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Awesome dentist and staff. I have zero complaints and they legitimately care about their patients and their wellbeing. My wife and I previously went to another dentist in Ladera where that wasn’t the case and we were so pleasantly surprised at how amazing everyone at Dr. Taylor’s office is. I couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone needing a fantastic dentist. In addition, they aren’t like other dentists in the area that will try to up charge or nickel and dime you to death like our previous dentist did. Everyone at Dr. John E Taylor, DDS makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience instead of one that is typically dreaded. You will feel like and be cared for like family here.

Initial examination and cleaning went great. Started the appointment on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and treated me like a friend throughout the process. My family will be going to Dr. Taylor and his team moving forward.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Taylor for about 10 years now, and we have been very pleased with his excellent dental care and professional service. The entire office, from the dental hygienists to the front desk, have shown consistent attentiveness and responsiveness. I have recently moved to southern Orange County and did not have a local dentist. Dr. Taylor saw me in an emergency situation with very little notice. He and his staff are very professional and the facility is state of the art. Dr. Taylor is now my permanent new dentist.

Professional, thorough and timely!

Refreshing to be at a dentist that isn’t trying to up sell you every time you come in. Staff was nice and Dr. Taylor was great with both me and my son.

Dr. Taylor is my 80 year old mother's dentist. I asked her what I should write about Dr. Taylor and she said "he is an exceptional dentist". She also reported, of course being very satisfied with his work. From the outside I see that Dr. Taylor is exceptionally kind, patient, attentive, caring, and I love the way he cared for my mother. His office is immaculate and his staff is awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor of all of your dental needs and I am looking forward to bringing all of my family members to Dr. Taylor for their dental care. I came in for a minor dental filling yesterday. Dr. Taylor suggested I try his new laser gadget instead of the usual drill. I am happy I did because I didn't feel a thing without anesthetics and was over and done with in less than 10 mins.

Had to get my wisdom teeth pulled at age 45. Dr. Taylor did an incredible job of making the process both effective and swift. My pain level today has been minimal at most. I thank God for Dr. Taylor and for Amy, his assistant during the procedure.

Thoughtful, first class services.

Dr. Taylor is very professional and compassionate.

Dr Taylor saw me for the first time a two weeks ago almost! I moved from Long Island, NY and wanted to connect with a dentist prior to my knee replacement surgery in December. From the moment I stepped into his beautifully appointed front office I was met by Janet and Farrah who were warm and informative as you would want. They touched base with me after I left to inform me that Dr Taylor wished to discuss my teeth; particularly an issue with a tooth effected by my bridge perhaps. I went back two more times to check in with Dr Taylor (wasn't charged) as he reanalyzed the area where I was having pain. Instead of taking my situation and going into my mouth to perform a root canal, he sent me to an endodontist who examined me and reported back to Dr Taylor his findings which didn't result in a root canal...I need to add that Dr Taylor was trying to resolve my issue within the one week window to follow the preoperative rule regarding how close to my surgery is allowed for dental work. Dr Taylor, afraid of stirring the nest if he removed my bridge to clean behind, chose to err on the cautious side and sent me next to a periodontist who was very thorough in his examination. He also found no sign of infection and shaved a small amount off my tooth that was causing me pain. I returned to Dr Taylor, once more, to be fitted for another night guard. I am and will ever be grateful for the team of professionals headed by the caution of Dr Taylor to try to resolve my problem and be able to be operated on next month. Dr Taylor really cares for his patients and how comfortable they are in the dental chair.

I had a great experience with Dr. Taylor's office. I called with an emergency problem, and even though I was a brand new patient, they worked to find a time where the doctor could see me as quickly as possible. When I got there, the office was clean and friendly. I'm so glad to find such a great dentist in Ladera!

I've done the initial exams, cleaning, recommendations for crown replacement which turned out to be correct and yes I had to have a crown replaced. The entire experience from beginning to end has been fantastic. The hygienist Santosh is amazing… One of the best.. Dr Taylor — No major upsell whatsoever on what I needed to have done. His recommendations turned out to be, unfortunately, correct, when I cracked my tooth not long after while eating popcorn of all things. The process of getting a crown replaced with him was about as easy as I could've ever hoped for. Don't spend time chasing around $59 deals to get something cheap and then move on somewhere else. Just like you need a great mechanic, Dr., and someone to cut your hair… You need an amazing dentist that is reliable. This is the place… This is the staff! And lots of extra bonus points that they're just all very good people in general. Have not been a fan of visiting the dentist. I have been looking for a dentist for years that I could get excited about going to and I found that in Dr. Taylor. Incredibly intentional, gentle and thoughtful approach to dentistry and oral health. I trust myself and my family to his care.

Dr Taylor and his staff were great! They made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Dr Taylor was very gentle and attentive during the procedure. I would definitely recommend his services!

I was not happy with the previous dentist I tried in Ladera. When my tooth cracked during the pandemic they (Dr. Taylor) were the first office to call me (I had called a couple) and well we determined it was an emergency and a few days later he shaved down my jagged tooth and we to wait for when they could reopen to continue. He was concerned about my pain and making sure that I was happy with the work. Once they were able re-open they called me. I just have to say he is friendly, kind and easy to talk to and joke with. He did an amazing job with my crown. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have referred my family (as they too are not happy with our former dentist). I highly recommend Dr. Taylor!! Always amazing professionalism and courtesy from everyone at the office. With teeth like mine, I spend a decent amount of time with the crew at Dr Taylor’s, and it’s always as pleasant an experience as dentistry can be. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

3 months ago, I had Dr. Taylor remove a molar that was causing me a lot of problems. He prepped me for a molar implant. I went back 3 weeks ago for regular check-up and cleaning. He reminded me of pending implant “whenever I was ready” and I went back this week and I had the implant put in with virtually no pain, was prescribed pain meds and never had to use them. There was no bleeding after I left. Did not even need a gauze. Amazingly, I was out within one hour and ate a regular meal in the evening. I do have to say that it was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dentist’s office. The turnaround time, the minimal pain I felt during and after getting the implant, and the fact that I was eating a regular meal without the need of any meds, is what gave it the “wow” factor. My wife and I have been using services of Dr. Taylor for the past few months. Our experiences have been incredible. My treatment is a bit more involved than most regular patients, and the treatment I have received makes it feel like a walk in the park. Highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

I would like express my extreme appreciation for the help that Dr. Taylor and the office staff (Farah) provided to me last week. I was experiencing severe tooth pain and thought that I needed a root canal. They were able to fit me in that same day, and Dr. Taylor spent time diagnosing and addressing my tooth pain. After several nights of wearing my mouth guard, I am so relieved to be free of pain with no surgery required. Dr Taylor was amazing! my first (but not last) visit he fixed my loose crown. Actually explained everything! I made another appointment to start my dental care entirely with him! It’s not often that a dentist will put you at ease, have up to dare equipment AND take the time to explain the process! And the staff is wonderful!

Best dentist I’ve ever seen! I have such a hard time trusting dentists because I’ve had some bad ones, but seriously this practice is top notch and they strive to keep us out of the dentist. My hygienist gave me tips on upkeep so she doesn’t have to see me as often. :) It also was clean and safe. My sister, brother, and nieces all go here and we’ve never had issues. Dr Taylor is great. When I move back to LA, I’ll drive the hour and 20 minutes plus, to go here. Best dentist I’ve ever seen!
