Dr. John Vincent Tiberi III

Dr. Tiberi is an outstanding surgeon and physician. I make this distinction based upon my mother’s first knee replacement surgery with another highly regarded surgeon who did an excellent knee replacement, but provided abysmal pre and post-op care. My mother experienced prolonged anesthesia and narcotic related side effects, as well as compensatory back pain. Her experience was so negative that she put off her second knee replacement surgery for years. In contrast, her surgery with Dr. Tiberi and his excellent care team not only delivered an optimal surgery result, but also provided a pre-op anesthesia approach and post-op pain management plan tailored to her health and age. She experienced no side effects. Dr Tiberi is a superior, responsible and gracious medical professional. I highly recommend him and his care team.

Seamless excellence best describes being a patient of Dr. Tiberi. Came from out of state after researching orthopedic surgeons for knee replacement. Impressed with Mass General and Harvard training fellowships. In my opinion, excellent surgical skills melded with artistic as well as empathic people skills.. I had a total left hip replacement on April 21st, 2021. Dr. Tiberi, Orthopedic surgeon, and His team did the procedure. I Am 2 months post surgery and I started climbing , several times in a row, one of the steepest hill in Ventura. I Am soooo grateful for choosing this Team. My doggies are also very happy with the outcome as I can walk them at the beach for a verrrry long time. I have had both my hips replaced by Dr. Tiberi. He is very professional and has great bedside manner. His staff is second to none. I did my first surgery at Cedars and my second at his surgery center. Both places are great, but I prefer the surgery center as they had a better wait area for my wife. Very happy.

Dr. John Tiberi is awesome! Dr. Tiberi promised he can get my mothers knee almost back to normal, let’s just say he accomplished it. My mother had a knee replacement surgery and was walking that same day. Fast forward 60 days, she is at 95% well ahead of schedule. Dr. Tiberi is honest and very professional, my mother is getting ready for her next surgery. Unfortunately she needs another knee replacement on her other knee and will once again go to Dr. Tiberi. We highly recommend Dr. Tiberi, we are convinced he is the best in the U.S..

Outstanding ! The Best ! I had a total left hip replacement surgery and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Tiberi and his team. Super professional, friendly, informative, and makes you feel at ease. From the first visit I could immediately sense the confidence of a top professional, that he knows his business, and that this guy is one of the very best on his field. The only negative I can see about Dr. TIBERI is the picture he has posted on his web site! He is a much more handsome man than this picture...If you are looking for a no nonsense experience in replacement and a fully professional staff association...look no further....he is your Dr...if you are lucky enough to fit into his schedule...every aspect...of my full hip replacement was VERY successful....make no mistake....best of the best... .. I had a Mako robotic assist left hip replacement surgery. i was able to fully walk 2 weeks later with no cane or walker. Recovery was quicker than expected. Scar was minimal. I was discharged same day after surgery. I even went upstairs and slept in my own bed on the first nite! Physical therapist was impressed with my recovery. Great staff at KJ and great hospital (CS Marina Del Rey) - quick response and professional. They took very good care of me. Dr Tiberi is my first choice after meeting with numerous surgeons. Very blessed to have him and his team.

I had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, and cannot recommend Dr. Tiberi more highly. His compassion, knowledge, and skill made my surgery go well, and my recovery much easier than I had expected. All of his staff are also top notch. My pain is now gone, and I am walking well. I am so grateful that a doctor of such caliber is here for us.

I have had a great experience with Kerlan Jobe and Dr Tiberi. I have been a patient for years for other problems but I recently had both of my knees replaced. I am so happy to not have that aching pain and to be able to sleep. Dr Tiberi and Katie have always been very professional an willing to spend time answering all of my questions.

I was told by 2 other doctors that I was too young to have this surgery so I lived with very bad pain for years before I saw Dr Tiberi. Dr. "Toni" Tiberi is best Doc I've ever been a patient of. There is not doubt that he wants to provide the best solution for his patients. It was just by luck he was available when I need broke my hip severely. I'm 77, an Army Vet and was an extreme sports enthusiast from 1959 thru 1985. I’ve had many many catastrophes. This time I was very concerned about my future, but the Doc gave me more than I deserved.

Dr. Tiberi is very professional and compassionate. He did a great job on my surgery. He always took time to answer all of my questions. Kerlan Jobe is a class act. I have seen several doctors there and have always been very happy.

I see Dr. Tiberi for Dysplasia, FAI and OA. He just bilaterally replaced my hips within 2 months of each other. We were thrown together and I feel extremely fortunate. I had been in grave debilitating pain for a very long time. I had mixed DX from Stanford and Dignity Health, he is humble, and his Cedars-Sinai team has both the technology and positive attitude needed to work with younger patients. I’m also a T1 Diabetic, he did GREAT. I have my life back, he takes great care of me!

I had a partial knee replacement with Dr. Tiberi, and I am so happy with it. I saw several other doctors before seeing Dr. Tiberi. Most of them did not recommend surgery. None of them even brought up the possibility of a partial knee replacement. Before surgery, I had to stop playing basketball, which was very important to me. Since about 3 months after my surgery, I have been able to play again. It has made such a difference in my life.

My knee replacement was only 3 weeks ago , and I already feel so much better and am so happy. THank you!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Tiberi as well as all of the doctors at Kerlan Jobe. I have have had a lot of surgeries over the years. I have always felt I have received the best care. My knee replacement last year was my most recent surgery. Everything has gone very well.

John preformed a full knee replacement the of July 2018. Within a week and half I was up and walking. Really walking, at day 9 after my surgery I walked 1.6 miles in the morning and later that afternoon/early evening I attended the Orange County fair where I walked more than 1.5 miles. Never in my wildest dreams had I expected such a great outcome. Now three and half months later I am up to 3.7 miles with no issues. Jim.

The whole experience was excellent! From the initial consultation, to the appts before and after the surgery, and of course the knee replacement surgery itself. I continually refer Dr. Tiberi and his Staff to my friends and family members.

I had my hip replaced about 6 weeks ago. I was very nervous about the surgery, especially anesthesia. I have done very well and am surprised how easy the recovery was compared to some other orthopedic surgeries I have had. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Tiberi has been nothing but positive. I was nervous about my knee being replaced, but I am so happy I did it! I went home from the hospital the same day as my surgery. I am now over 3 months from surgery and could not be happier. I know I will still improve, but I already barely think about my knee.

I had my total hip replacement surgery done by Dr. Tiberi, MD with the help of his PA, Sarah on 10/18/17. They explained the procedure very well and answered all my questions completely. The surgery was a complete success and I walked 5 hours after surgery(wow). Dr. Tiberi and Sarah are an awesome team. Dr. Tiberi is great a surgeon. I highly recommend him. I give them 5 stars!

I highly recommend Dr Tiberi for Orthopedic surgery. I met with 3 doctors in my research phase and selected Dr Tiberi for several reasons. He was the most thorough in examining my hip during my first exam. He also uses the most current, advanced surgical procedures with the aid of robotic equipment. Lastly, surgery was at a local hospital which was more convenient for me as I live in the South Bay. I was up walking 6 hours after surgery, and barely use my cane after just 2 weeks. I

Dr. Tiberi is very excellent, along with his office staff and team. He is informative and is happy to answer all questions. His explanations of the procedure, and experiences afterward were exactually as described. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

He will take time to answer as many questions as you have. Just make a thorough list. I did not know I was having a spinal block until the morning of surgery.

My husband went to this Doctor, and his bedside manner was cold and hurried! he took X-rays which he never showed my husband, even though he asked to see them, and disregarded not only that his knee was in horrible pain, but also his request that he authorize an MRI, to rule out a tear in his minicus. He was told to live with the pain, and then he injected cortisone which lasted 2 days. When He visited him again in horrible pain, he again told him to just live with it! Never smiles, very cold!

I felt like I was in very capable hands and this eased my nerves. It was nice to have his nurse's email address so I could ask a question without having to call all the time. Doing very well two weeks post-op surgery!

I love Dr. Tiberi. Besides being trained at elite medical institutions - and being a football player and president of his class - he is also personable and very kind to his patients and their families in the waiting room. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the operation; it was practically painless and I have only a tiny scar. Five stars for Dr. Tiberi.

Dr. Tiberi and his staff were amazing - extremely caring and professional. He took a lot of time to explain my condition and all options available to me. After carefully considering these options, I decided to go ahead with a total hip replacement and am very happy that I did. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Tiberi - in fact, he will be doing a full knee replacement for my husband. Two weeks after surgery and I'm already walking unassisted and with only minor discomfort. Best decision ever!

Dr. Tiberi and his staff were fantastic. Before surgery and after surgery were professional in every way. Contact from the office and the office staff were the best!! I have and will continue to reccomend both Dr. Tiberi and the Jobe Clinic to everyone I know or who asks.
