Too engaged with his other ventures. Made my 86 year old Mother wait for over two hours. Appears to enjoy working with the elderly - only because no one will take their complaints seriously.

I have been a patient for 21 years with Dr. Wagner, service was great until he became part of Western Reserve Hospital- now his service is terrible- i am currently looking for a new doctor. Someone who will at least checkout a problem not say go to another doctor.

Dr.Wagner has been my doctor for 21 years. He has always been kind, caring and professional. He has always gone above and beyond. He cares about you as a person rather than just a patient. I wouldn't go to any other doctor. Since his move to new office the staff is exceptional.

Cattle drive service. Get them in get them out. Staff is rude and overbooks appointments. Money not health is the goal of this office.
