Our face is like a fingerprint, it defines you. Choosing THE DOCTOR to recreate the refreshed version of ME, meant dealing with an expert in facial surgeries. Dr Chadwell was my choice for a lower neck and facelift. I did not want to lose the person in my mirror, just the “baggage of age” that tugged from my nasal folds down. The consultations were straight forward and honest. I was told what to expect in the surgical procedures and how my overall transformation should progress. At 4 months post, I am positive I made a tremendous choice in the doctor I selected. My husband says I’m beautiful and I feel it now!

He truly understands what you are explaining & gives his truthful advice. He surrounds himself with a wonderful staff. From the time you enter his office till you leave you are treated very respectful. If only others could learn from his example & treat people with the respect he does. Dr. Chadwell and staff are simply amazing. I had consulted with another doctor before going to Dr Chadwell to obtain a second opinion. I was so much more comfortable with Dr. Chadwell because he truly listened to my goals, examined my face and gave me great confidence that he truly understood the results I was seeking. Everything was fully explained and there were no surprises with the surgery. He even called my home after the surgery was complete to check on me and gave his personal cell number in case I needed anything. It has been less than a week and so far everything is looking good. There is of course some discomfort but nothing I did not expect. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chadwell. I highly recommend Dr. Chadwell and his staff.

Dr. Chadwell is the best cosmetic surgeon in the area. He is highly skilled and a true artist at improving facial appearance. He is also kind and compassionate and really listens. His office is a circus; they can't even schedule an emergency procedure from another doctor's referral in a timely fashion, and his assistant is impossibly unprofessional. She said he wanted to wait more than a week to even think about setting my daughter's broken nose, which is contrary to everything we've read and been advised. When I questioned this, she said 'Um, he's a professional; he knows what to do.' If this is the kind of snippy and condescending environment in their office, there is no way I would allow my daughter to see him. He may be great for botox or facelifts, but this is not a place for children.

I was very apprehensive to go to a plastic surgeon. Cost,pain and the guilt of being vain were the thoughts running through me. The staff was very friendly and helpful and relieved many of my fears. Dr Chadwell was very professional and friendly also punctual. My procedure was done in his office which cut down cost and was painless. Had my eyelids revised due to drooping and under eye bags and wrinkles taken care of. And girls you can afford this ! You may have to make payments fora year or two with the care credit card...but it's interest free for a certain time! It is well worth it!!
