Came today to see Dr. Jonathan Bolthouse and arrived 10 min late, really in paín, he refused to see me. Do this man care about the well being of his patients?. I'm afraid he won't be seen me anytime son. God bless.
Dr. Jonathan Bolthouse refused to see me because I arrived barely 10 min. late to my appointment. Nobody warned me he had moved to the Lake Dr. location. So I left in pain. I'm dealing with prostate cancer issues and he knows it. Not a good way to show that you, as a doctor, care about the well being of your patients.
Went to him for stone removal. Never saw him in office. Saw him 30 seconds before surgery. Saw him 1 minute after surgery. Surgery was not successful. Post appointment he was not there. Had pain and still do 8 months later. Called his office and was told he doesn’t see patients. He sent additional bill 7 months after surgery. Insurance rejected additional bills because he had billed the allowable limit for this surgery. I will never go near this guy again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am (this morning). I live 40 minutes away but saw traffic reports that indicated a potential traffic delay. I left 90 minutes before my appointment time. After MAJOR traffic slow downs, and every effort on my part to find alternate routes, I arrived 17 minutes late. I was told "too bad" we are aware of the traffic problems but Dr. is busy so we can't see you. If you are OK only being a number and not a person then you might be happy here.
