Staff is thorough, responsive to questions and inquiries, and very helpful in all aspects of treatment including treatment planning, financials, insurance, hygiene care, surgery, x-rays, and coordination of services. Any conflicts or concerns have been addressed promptly and professionally as well. I am very pleased with all aspects of my periodontal care at Dr. Cole's establishment.

Wonderful. Dentist !! Made a 66 yo man that was terrified of a dentist since child feel relaxed and comfortable about treatment long over due !!!

I honestly couldn't find words to describe how wonderful my experience was. I had my first appointment today and I have horrible anxiety about anything dental being done. The entire staff was so kind and helpful and im so very happy that I went today!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cole since early in his practice. He and his staff taught me how to properly care for my teeth and gums. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I feel confident that I will keep my teeth my entire life.

Dr. Cole and his staff have treated my periodontal issues for years. They are always friendly, courteous, and efficient. I recently had an implant and they treated me with great care . They thoroughly explained the procedure and its effects and results. I don't think I could find a better periodontist.

Dr. Cole is knowledgeable and caring. Talks to you in a friendly way and explains everything to you. I’m always less nervous about the procedure after talking with him.

My appointment was with another staff named Shirley. She is super friendly and had such an enthusiastic approach to my dental hygiene. She was careful to listen, provide instruction, and encourage proper method and technique so that I could grow in my own mouth care. She was great at trouble shooting and problem solving. Overall, it was a pleasant and informative experience.

Dr Cole and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable. They explain everything very well and have always been very responsive if an issue arises. I recommend Dr Cole and his entire staff very highly.

I have known Jonathan since the early to mid nineties ( though i haven't seen or talked with him for several years ). Very caring and friendly staff. Dr cole is outstanding. Gentle but thorough. Highly recommended! Truck & RV parking nearby. Easy off and on Rt219 & only a few miles from Rt255, 119, 322 and I-80. Check out the ducks while walking across the nearby footbridge.
