Nice people, terrible service and care. 10 yo daughter broke her wrist in two places. Went to esteemed Dr Fow to set bone. We pushed to have pins installed based on other opinions and they assured us it could be set without. When they gave anesthesia to set bone, nurses blew out FOUR of my 10yo daughters veins. (Meanwhile the ER nurse got it first try). Basically torture for the poor girl. That cost is about $5,000. Upon return weeks later to get the cast, they recommended a new surgery to install pins and another 2 weeks of recovery before they could even put on a cast. In addition, they never scheduled any follow up x-rays! A mistake they admitted over the phone. We have 4 kids...hard to make these appointments happen. Likely another $5,000 even though we they were confident in their course of action. The explanation by the PA? "These things happen". The office is a disaster area and they can't seem to handle the business they have and provide appropriate care to those who need it. "Worse experience with a doctors office, his staff, specifically his PA & another nurse & surgical scheduler in my life! I was misdiagnosed, confirmed after my personal dr reviewed all X-rays and MRI results & seeing a 2nd orthopedic dr who has referred me to an elbow specialist. I was never allowed to actually see the dr himself so I'm clueless about him. I can only assume since he allows the behavior I received to exist he too is responsible. I was not listened to & was treated rudely several times on the phone several times. When showing up to see the actual dr. I was told "if I wasn't committing to surgery scheduled the following week I would not be allowed to see him for that days appointment". I explained "I had an appointment scheduled & should be allowed & had a right to discuss with the dr. my actual diagnosis & what the doctors plan was to correct it." They refused which is ridiculous. Thank goodness I promptly got a 2nd opinion & am now seeing a specialist. DO NOT USE Dr. FOW! Worse experience with a doctors office, his staff, specifically his PA & another nurse & surgical scheduler in my life! I was misdiagnosed, confirmed after my personal dr reviewed all X-rays and MRI results & seeing a 2nd orthopedic dr who has revered me to an elbow specialist. Dr Fow has done surgery on both my husband and I. The recovery was nothing, the pain was very minimal. He is the best orthopedic surgeon we have ever known. My husband had a complete shoulder replacement and I had ankle surgery. I wouldn’t go to any other ortho surgeon. He is kind, patient, caring and takes excellent care of his patients. Dr. Fow is a very skilled surgeon with compassionate care for all his patients. His staff was also very understanding and accommodating for my needs, going above and beyond.

I needed shoulder surgery and was terrified to have it, so I waited until I couldn't hardly move my arm. Dr. Fow assured me that I would have physical therapy immediately and that I would be fine. I had to trust him since I had to have the surgery. Well! my surgery was a piece of cake I can't believe how I suffered because I was afraid. Dr. Fow is a great surgeon and a kind and caring person. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family in the area.

Started July of 2014 . Broke my wrist at home trimming trees. Put me back to work in 8 wks. At that time real curious regarding my limping so bad. Found out by X-rays , Dr Fow informed me needed a Full Hip Replacement. Jan 9 2017 went in for Hip replace. Two weeks later walking fairly well. On schedule to get back to work in another 4-6 weeks. Dr. Fow is a fabulous human being. My mom, who is deaf and has dymentia, is cared for by Dr. Fow. He is patient and communicates effectively with her about her broken bones.

I fell, broke my hip and was rushed to French. Dr. Fow performed emergency surgery and did a genius job! I was up and walking in no time. He also is very kind and considerate. I asked him for a minimum of pain medication, so he gave me 1/4 the usual amount for hip patients, which was perfect. He checks me once a year now. I highly recommend Dr. Fow!

Was very impressed with Dr Fow! Have recommended him to friends and family! He repaired a Torn Meniscus, will go back to him for any surgeries I need!
