Jonathan Arn Hemphill

Dr. Hemphill is always congenial and attentive. I have especially appreciated his knowledge of the fundamental chemistry and interactions of medications. Wherever I go, I find the medical community in general knows and APPLAUDS him. He has been highly recommended by every other physician I have known - and it is well-deserved.

Saved my life last year. Glade the good doctor was practicing the day my Heart ❤ attacked me. Still sucking air today! Thank you for your expertise & skills to help me for an hour or two with my Heart! Thank you Doctor Hemphill!

Dr. Hemphill came in on his day off to see me at the request of a mutual friend, Dr. C. Steven Goetz. He was unbelievably patient and answered all our questions.

Have been with Dr Hemphill for many years. He is my favorite of all my doctors. He is caring and down to earth and he will give you all the time you need. He will take good care of you. He better not retire!!!!!!!!

Stress test conducted. Telephone appointment for results. Forty one minutes late for phone appointment. Missed his call as I had other obligations. Dr. Left message about ventricles enlarged with stress, narrowing of all three blood vessels. He asked me to call back to see what we were going to do. I returned call. No reply that day. Called next day, no return call.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hemphill recommended to me by my now retired cardiologist. Down to earth, listens patiently, explains things thoroughly, and actually called me at home with test results that were temporarily missing at my office visit.

Good doc

Dr.Hemphill is knowledgeable and direct. His staff is friendly and competent. That does it forme.

Dr Hemphill became my husbands' cardiologist when he was admitted into Dignity... Mercy San Juan Hospital through the emergency room. What started out as a small stroke developed into a multitude of medical conditions. My husband was blessed to receive Dr Hemphill as his cardiologist and I personally will be forever grateful to him for providing my husband with excellent care on every level. I would highly reccomend seeking him out should you require the services he provides. EXCELLENT DOCTOR!

If you are looking for a great cardiologist Dr. Hemphill is your doctor. He cares. He shows respect for his patients. He listens without interrupting. He has great bedside manner. His office staff acts very professional and yet they too listen and gets you the answers you need. You do not have to wait a very long time for an appointment. Might not be immediate for none emergency appointments but is very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Hemphill!

My treating physician made electronic referral on 6/29/17 to Dr Hemphill. I called 7/3 & was told not received. PTP sent again 7/6. I called 7/14 - told still did not received. Called PTP 7/17 & requested they send fax referral Called Dr Hemphill 7/18 & verified fax received. Told they need to input in system & would call in 24 hrs to set appt. I called again on 7/21 and left voice message for scheduler. I called 7/26 & was told they can't keep up w/ referrals. God Help U if need treatment!
