I've been seeing Dr. Ban for 1.5 years. Still having difficulty communicating with him. He doesn't seem to take all my input seriously, only some of it. It's like I don't connect with him on communication. I'd like to talk to someone about switching to another doctor at this clinic. The people in the clinic (front desk, nurses, etc.) are great, that's what attracted me to this clinic. They are patient, friendly, helpful - more so than anywhere else I've been. My wife likes her doctor there, I just don't think Dr. Ban is a great fit for my health care needs.

The very first time I saw Dr Ban he did not treated me as I expected. But through the years he has improved how he has treated me. Maybe he was having a bad day that particular time.

I am so pleased & thankful Dr. Ban is my PCP. He is referring me for additional testing and the referral was processed, authorized & I was notified the second day following my appointment with him. This is status quo, and remarkable (in my opinion) considering how busy they are.

I just changed my Medical Insurance so I had to get a new doctor. This was my first visit with Dr. Jong Ban and I was really pleased with his personality, communication skills in talking with me about my health concerns. It was a "get acquainted visit" and I am really thankful we chose him. Changing doctor's after many years is difficult but I feel that we are a "good fit". I am still learning the system however, so I don't know how to get the results of the lab work he ordered.

I recommended this practice to other residents at my assisted living facility. He's a good doctor for mature patients.

My apt with a Dr. Was cancelled before I got there. So they double booked me and I was basically seen right away.

He has been our Primary Care Doctor over ten years. Office staff is always friendly despite appearing to be overworked. Phone messages can be tough but good results using Providence MyChart online. Appointments and prescription refills can be made online. Medical emergencies should always call 911 or go the the ER at the hospital. They are almost next door to the Professional Center.

Their office can not return calls in a timely fashion. I called twice, left messages and it took them 2 weeks to return my call. That's not health care. That's detrimental health care. They can't keep health care matters in order nor can the return calls to any of my other doctors. Im FEED up with Providence Hospital lack of care. They are supposed to be there to help you with helth care... not hender your health care.

Doesn't take time with you too busy on his computer, then when you read your visit summary all of a sudden the conditons you have are gone, and he puts down that you can do all sorts of things you haven't been able to do well in years, some things you can't do at all. That results in your ablility to get the care you need impossible.

Complete lack of respect for patients, zero follow up, always in a hurry, his receptionists are very unfriendly. He doesn't listen. I know my body best, there is something wrong. He didn't order a single test, just prescribed multiple anti-depressants. Repeatedly. It's not like I just saw him once. He never listened or tried to help me. What's his end game? Make me so loopy and drugged that I no longer notice that SOMETHING IS WRONG. He's an awful, awful Doctor.
