I would give zero stars if I could. I was very dissatisfied with the results of surgery for droopy lid. Coming out of the surgery my right eye was smaller than the left eye. She attributed it to it healing slower than the other eye but that was not the case. She kept changing the reason for it being smaller and off center. She cut a nerve that left a painful bump on the scar of the right eye. She said that I would have to pay for corrective surgery when it was her mistake. I made a mistake by allowing their office to switch me to Jordan when I had requested her father Donald who my ophthalmologist had recommended. Very special person not just doctor but she makes u feel like family it was the first time and it was so easy to communicate with her I would recommend her anyday

Recently had a rf microneedling procedure done by tech Morgan. She did an amazing job, is a bit painful but Morgan made it a relaxing experience(laughing gas helped as well lol) I also get Epionce peels occasionally, I would highly recommend them, no pain or down time, very gentle yet effective and very affordable as well.

Dr. Jordan and her Dad, Dr. Donald Hollsten were awesome to me. After dealing with Graves Eye disease for 2 years, they helped me begin the process to get my vision back to normal. Many thanks to them both!!

My son has had 3 appointments scheduled and unfortunately due to unseen emergency situations, I have had to miss and re-schedule. Instead of charging the fee for missing the appointment, the office staff went straight to "as per policy, we cannot schedule appointments for your son." So because I had emergency situations and would have paid the fee, they REFUSED TO SEE A PATIENT and hid behind a policy I have never seen, been told, or signed. Extremely rude office staff and the lady hung up. Medical professionals refusing to give care because their patients have emergency situations and cannot make their time. Horrible treatment !!! Dr Jordan has been treating me for my Graves Eye Disease, her and her staff are AWESOME!

This doctor(Donald Hollsten) is the best doctor in San Antonio I would say in the whole world. In May my daughter had an accident. She had a orbit fracture and Thank God I found this doctor. He is very professional and dedicated, he takes care of the patient really well and no matter what, he takes time to explain everything and take care of you no like others doctors that I been that don't even lisen to you . Initially I went in to have an inflamed sebaceous gland removed from my forehead. I was a little nervous because I had previously gone to a dermatologist who tried to burn it off (didn't work) and told me there were no other options unless I wanted a scar. The staff was wonderful. They made me feel at ease while I was waiting and talked me through the prep process so I would understand what was happening every step of the way. Dr. Jordan was amazing. She took her time examining my forehead to make sure she knew exactly what she was working with, then walked me through all of the options and potential results so I could make an informed choice. The procedure was quick and painless. Afterward the staff made sure I understood how to care for the area while it was healing. The bump is gone and no scar. I was so happy with the experience, I decided to go back for IPL on my sun-damaged chest and shoulders. I'd never had this treatment before so Brandi made sure I completely understood the process, checked in with me along the way to make sure I was comfortable and walked me through what to expect over the next few weeks, and how to care for my skin while it was renewing. AMAZING!! She is an awesome surgeon, super knowledgeable and her as well as her staff are very sweet.

Dr is Jordan is great!!!!! I just had my surgery and it went perfect with little to no pain. Her staff was also wonderful, they stayed on top of things and made sure I was doing what I needed to do.

Drs are wonderful, however billing person is terrible. Extremely rude and unwilling to help.
