Dr. Arango is very rude and unprofessional. I am an elderly woman who was waiting for an hour without being seen and when asked a simple question to the receptionist, he told me I could leave.

I brought my husband to see this ENT and I was kicked out of the office. Was told only patient can be there. That is pretty bad customer service, was made to wait outside. Not sure if we will return. I should have read the reviews first.

I made an appointment, took 3 weeks to see me. Once in the office the nurses were very friendly but I waited about an hour just to be called and then another 30 minutes for the doctor to see me only to spend seven minutes with me and send me for tinnitus test. Of course I got a $380 bill for that. I will never go back, I will find a Doctor that is willing to help and diagnose my hearing issues

Son (3 yr old) was suppose to have surgery. Had a concern which I called 3 days in a row to address and still didn't get an answer. Bad service, not trusting this staff when a yes or no question can't be answered.

HORRIBLE!! Total lack of patient service or care. Great surgeon, but impossible to contact him or anyone in the office if you have an emergency. Dr. Marengo performed nasal/sinus surgery on me and I had an emergency due to rupture of stiches in the nose. I woke up covered in blood n was unable to stop it. There is no emergency phone number for him nor an answering service! Ended up in an emergency room where they were unable to contact him. I ended up signing a release so they could save me. Been calling to get apt and no one calls me back. I has sinus surgery and was supposed to get my deviated septum fixed and the doctor chose not to just to do the sinus surgery only. Everytime I followed up he says I don't know why I didn't fix your deviated septum. I'm like Yeah u wanted to make more money from my insurance and I. The office manager never available. Called several times for three days to make an appointment, always was put on hold for the next available representative. Left messages and they never returned my calls. Called another Dr, a nice lady took my called and scheduled me an appointment.

My son went for an issue he has with his throat. The Doctor was very short with him. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! HORRIBLE DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!! I really mean it, if I could give this place a negative 5 star review, I would. Keep reading for a fun recap of my visit this morning... I never write reviews since most of my experiences are good and even when they are not it's usually not all that big of a deal or worth wasting my time to write a review. However, this place deserves this review. All of the 1 star reviews on here are 100% accurate. I confirmed my 9:40 AM appointment a week before and again the day before the appointment date. I arrived more than 20 minutes early for paperwork. After waiting for a little over 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time I asked if they could give me an idea of how much longer it would be. I was told only 5 people in front of me but they didn't have any available rooms and that is why there is a delay. Well, 1 more hour after that I still had not been called back. So I have now been waiting for more than 2 hours and I told the woman running the front desk (who was very nice) that I needed a refund for my co-pay because just like the doctors there I have a job and can't sit around all day waiting to never be seen. All of the sudden right at the moment I asked for a refund they just happen to have room available for me to go sit in to most likely just sit in and wait more. How convenient. I told them no thank you and that I had already waited long enough and had to get back to work and I was promptly given a refund. I do have to say the front desk staff was very nice and helpful and didn't argue or give me any attitude when I asked for a refund and based on how quickly and quietly the refund was processed it was quote clear to me that I am not the first person to request one. I came to this office through a referral from WellMed on Lee Trevino who were great and had almost no wait time, so foolishly expected this place to be run similarly. Aside from the front desk staff, El Paso Ear Nose and Throat Clinic doesn't appear to be good for anything except waiting. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any kind of doctor's office. I would never, ever recommend this place...even to someone I don't like. If you have a job or something to do on the day of your appointment, either take the day off or cancel your appointment because you will be there waiting for a very, very long time. Horrible staff... and long wait to get a 30 second visit from the doctor

I’ve called 7 times today at various times after being referred to make an appointment. I called the number on the referral sheet which left me on hold for 10minutes and then called this place which is the same doctor which I got forwarded to a mailbox how am I suppose to see them if I can’t make an appointment.

You can tell Dr Jorge Arango is a true expert, but also a fun doctor to visit! He was able to identify my issue right away and he was very helpful with his recommendations. Thank you! BTW, I really liked his new facility by basset.

Very bad Insurance claim service, office manager always not available. Phone operator dropped call 3 times while awaiting for officer manager. Very bad service.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!! This place is absolutely terrible. Not only do we wait for over an hour past our scheduled appointment to see the doctor, we only see him for no more than 3 minutes. Terrible terrible service.

I have never been to such an unorganized and unprofessional ENT office in my life. Waited over an hour and half AFTER my appointment time and still wasn’t seen. The entire hour and half was in a waiting room with children running, screaming, and slamming bathroom doors. I do not recommend this place!!

If I could give a 0 I would, we checked in early as a new patient like they asked us to. We waited for more then 2 hours to be seen. I would never recommend this office ever to anyone. Plan on spending your whole day there. It is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service.

I had a tonsillectomy done by Dr Korzec which went great. I was in pain and he prescribed some steroids to speed up the healing process. However, he had a very “better than thou” attitude that was not necessary nor appreciated. Despite waiting for over an hour every time I went, I never saw him for more than 1 minute during my visits. On my last visit about a week and three days after surgery I went in for a check up to see how the steroids had worked. He was in the room a total of 45 seconds (I timed it), he didn’t ask if I had any pain or other difficulties (which I do. It’s very painful to speak). He then proceeded to release me back to work at a call center. Talking all day. Which he would know is very painful if he had bothered to let me speak or ask how I was doing. Overall he seemed to be annoyed by the presence of me and didn’t seem to want to hear anything I had to say or even seem concerned for my well being. I don’t claim to know more than someone in the medical profession, but it seems to me if you aren’t interested in the care and well being of your patients maybe you should find a different career. People in El Paso need to take these reviews serious, especially about this clinic. The overall service is terrible. The wait time is really as long as people say it is. Ive had appointments that were scheduled at 11:00 AM, and wasnt even seen till 12:30PM. Why? Also, after i was seen, i was told that the doctor's office would schedule all follow up appointments with the VA, which were not done, and i had to follow up with them a month and a half to be see what was going on. I was told that the appointments were scheduled at the time of my first appointment, but when i followed up with the VA, the appointments weren't submitted until i called the doctor's office to complain. I made an appointment for a hearing test before I could see the doctor, but the soonest appointment was in two and a half months. Then three weeks later, I received a call that they were cancelling that appointment because they were ending that service. They said that since I was a new patient, they would refer me back to my insurance to find another doctor. I find this shocking and would not want anyone else to be treated this way.
