The physicians in this group maybe great and I have referred many of our residents to them. However the front desk staff are DEFINITELY not Baptist Health employee material. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on, talked to using street slang and even slammed the window in my residents face. The patients who go to this office deserve better.

One of the most unprofessional doctors office. All i wanted was to make an appointment and before i could i was told the doctor had to review my records before allowing an appt to be made. I complied. Full 24 hrs go by and I call explaining my situation and how i needed to make an appointment asap and was told the doctor still had to view my records. I call back 3 hours later around 4:30pm, once again i was told they would call me back. I called at 4:50 worried, i was told the same.
