Just recently tried to make my daughter an appointment and was denied because she isn't vaccinated.

If you think your ex was toxic, disrespectful, and abuser, wait until you visit this doctor and its staff; you might change your mind about your ex.

I received a call Thursday July 15 stating that my JULY 19th appointment is canceled due to me not being fully or partially vaccinated.

Dr. Quel's office's primary motivation is to be able to charge insurance companies $800 for you to see him for 15 mins of a rushed analysis. Because of this you will have to visit unnecessarily many many times. The staff is extremely rude. I requested my test results be sent to me and they insist I make an appointment. They have withheld my results for almost a year until I reached out for advice and they told me it was my right to have my records and results sent to me. I called again and the older receptionist hung up on me 4 times when I said, "no I don't want to make an appointment, I just want my results sent to me." Scammers with a medical license. Tyrant receptionist who should be fired. They should be audited by the medical board as well as California Patients rights. I will initiate this if I do not have my results sent to me. The negative reviews are spot on. Waited 40 minutes in his waiting room with no apologies that he was running late or any information about when he would see us. Didn’t even see him there, and when we told the receptionist we were leaving, she didn’t try to stop us. Save your time!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This guy will waste your time for MONTHS just so he can bill your insurance for tons of visits. Even had to come in SEPARATELY to get results for all my back stabbings. Turns out it was a rouse to try to get me to come in 2x a week INDEFINITELY for shots! When I said no, he tried negotiating it down to once... only way he was able to get me out of the office was by saying he’d email me my allergy results (the only reason I was there...) Ended up getting an email (after calling, and calling) that I was allergic to “pollen” and “pets”. Thanks dude. (I’m not even allergic to pets) SCAM! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Have no choice but go to this practice. Staff is really rude on the phone. Take for ever to get an appointment. Had a series of 3 tests to do. Can't schedule them all at once, only one at a time. Have to wait until one test is done to schedule the next one. Ridiculous.. It will take me 5 months to get the 3 tests done.

Very nice doctor andfriendly staff. After testing and treatment I am so much better and enjoying My life.

Very caring Dr Quel is very knowledgeable and has helped my family so much. The office staff is very friendly as well. Overall a wonderful experience.

Dr. Quel is very kind. Perhaps I see him this way because I am in the medical field as well. Asking questions and being patient may help us all to oversee all other things in life that would bother us normally. I am a mother of three young boys. My three year old already underwent a sleep study and had an adenoidectomy at age two. He always had a runny nose almost cold alike symptoms. During his sleep he would choke. Dr. Quel's treament was a success! To all of you out there please remember that Dr. Quel is over 80 years of age and still manages to deal with "patients". IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE MARINA DEL REY OFFICE YOU MAY WANT TO TRY HIS OTHER OFFICE OFF OF HUGHES AND VENICE BLVD.... The staff there is friendly and helpful. WHEN I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING I SPEAK UP AND LET ONE OF THE MA'S KNOW. Usually that helps. Hopefully this will help. I love my allergist. I am currently receiving treatment as well. Unprofessional. Milk your insurance Co by under-dosing shots. Don't really care about their patients; just want your money. MD orders un-necessary labs and other tests. Rude and un-compassionate staff. Dirty office. Always someone new at front office (Students rotating thru) Billing Dept un-organized and speak broken English. M.A.'s use same pair of gloves all day and get in trouble if they don't.= possible cross contamination to you! Parking expensive. Poor quality patient care. Don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Dr. Quel was very professional with me. Even the blood work he ordered for me, I just had to go across the street and it was done within 10 minutes.
