Horrible customer service. Dr. Ayala is a good doctor however his staff is awful. I don’t think they understand that he is a primary care doctor and what the entails. Dr.Ayala is awesome. He doesn't over book his appointments. His office works like every doctors office should. In and out within a hour. Very professional. My last doctor waiting room was always pack. Even with a appointment I was there at least 4hrs.
