Doctor Baez is one of the worst mental health Doctor in NYC. He used to abusers & and respect patients, talk to the patient about other patients case. It aggressive with the patient m insults the patient talk to the secretary about the patient case ... I requested the investigation in 2012 to the NYS department of Health..I don't know what he did but I have the all documentation. He left me case with out other Doctor and medications. He over doses me with medications and refused to take care
