DR. ZAYAS DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AFTER PROCEDURES ARE DONE. YOU NEVER GET TO SPEAK WITH HIM. NO , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. NOT SATISFIED

I did my breast augmentation with Dr. Zayas 2 years ago and it was the worst mistake of my life. When I first met him I told him that I wanted my implants under the muscle and that I wanted 400cc. He kept the consultation short and just said okay to everything that I said. On the day of my surgery he was marking up my chest and I repeated that I wanted the implants under the muscle and 400cc and he started arguing with me. When I woke up and when home after my surgery and saw my breasts I already knew something was wrong. One was bigger than the other. After a few months, my breasts stayed really separated and one stayed bigger than the other and they were really saggy. I kept telling myself to let the time go by to see if they get better but 2 years later they still look terrible. So I went to a consultation with a new Dr and he told me that my implants are on top of my muscle and that my previous Dr should have known not to do my breast implants the way that he did them.

I regret so much doing my breast reduction with this doctor. I mess all my breast up. I was a 38 DD nice big breast with no wrinkle on my cleavage. I have major back problem and decided to do breast reduction. So Dr. Zayas decided to do a 36 D. Now I have a breast bigger than the other with ugly wrinkles on my cleavage, my nipples are not even. One is higher than the other and bigger than the other. I am very much disappointed. I have been depressed and stress out.

This doctor does not care about his patients. He is extremely arrogant and un-professional. Never keeps appointment in a timely manner, never really takes the time to explain anything and when something goes wrong, as in my case a post-operative infection, does not care. He treats patients like numbers not people. The only thing he is concerned about is payment and move on to the next surgery. He treats people like cattle and does not care about their concerns or issues. Do not go to this doctor
