This use to be a wonderful office. Then the dr. Wanted to stop prescribing me my medication. Wanted me to go to Alhambra I live in panorama. This is also after nearly 8 years. Alhambra can't take me so now waiting games stopped my xanax after 7 years caused me many many horrible problems now phone appt never get called etc it should be a crime abandonment of care..... My husband had an appointment for today 3/8/21 for 10:30 am . We went to the office at 10am exactly.. it’s 12:20 pm by the time I write this . Not yet seen . They explained earlier that there was a meeting in the morning and the Dr. is backed up with 3 patients ahead of us. So we’re stucked up for almost 3 hrs . I told the office manager why they didn’t inform us of the delay and have told us to come at a later time. We can understand if there is delay for some reasons. BUT TO KEEP US WAITING FOR ALMOST 3 HRS!?!? They should see into this situation and improve their system and service... My husband had an appointment for today 3/8/21 for 10:30 am . Sad to know I haven’t even seen the doctor , Rude receptionist Anita couldn’t help Me to make an appointment. I don’t think she knows the concept of me not feeling well!

Dr Barbaran needs to screen and train his staff well to provide quality of service. He should select staff has enough knowledge how to handle patients needs and not be too lazy to do their job,,... be kind and be helpful. Change your staff doc.

I believe this new office stetting is a great new start for both and patients and staffs. Wish you all the best!!!! Office Manager Nenita needs to be more involved with multi race. She does extensive amount of favoritism and speaks her language to those he speak English. Her face expressions are beyond noticeable. The office is much more pleasant with out her upfront. De Barbaran is the only reason I haven’t changed doctors, adore him!!!! His bery positive and inspiring ???? I believe this new office stetting is a great new start for both and patients and staffs. Very pleasant and caring . Always helpful with my needs

Dr. Babaran knows his job and does it really well. He is a seasoned internist and it feels very comforting to have a specialist take care of you. Highly recommended!

My son and I are long time patients of Dr. Joselito P. Babaran. He's the best doctor in my book. Other doctors treat thier patients with medicines but forget to do things which he's doing - help patients to move on with their lives with motivating words and inspirational thoughts. For that , I hereby certify him for having the following skills - Good Listener, Lots of Patience and Caring Attitude... I also value the facts that their Staff Attitude was exceptional especially Nenita, a very helpful, inspite of being so busy, accomodating, easy to approach and so considerate. Keep it up... My mom will always keep her MD, Dr. J. Babaran. She's been under his care, for a long period now, she knows him so well by now. I would say, service received is always great. Thanks to Nenita (Manager), your accomodation goes beyond. always, same goes to Abby.

The doctor is great but his staff is terrible. The office manager has no idea what she is doing. The staff they have is terrible at telling the truth and in doing their job.

This is a very good clinic there very attentive to the patients need I love this Place!
