Dr Dic has been my primary doctor for at least 30 years. When you make an appointment with him it has always been on the time you requested. I have never had to wait in his office more than ten minutes. His bedside manner is great and he is very good in keeping me alive.

This doctor doesn’t even deserve 1 star. He is the most disgusting, disrespectful doctor I’ve ever come across. He treats his patients, especially his elderly patients, like garbage. He shows no empathy or compassion towards his patients. He needs to retire.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Dic for a few years now. Both he and his staff have been nothing but amazing to us. He even draws blood which these days you always get sent to a lab. I have been going to Dr. Dic for 15+ years he was a great doctor now he has no patience ( short tempered) he is nasty his office hours are terrible as much as I hate to say it I would not recommend him!

Horrible doctor. He treats his patients with no respect. He’s actually mean and yells at them.

This rating is more for his office staff rather than a review of Dr. Dic. The office staff is rude, unprofessional & uncaring. They office staff are so difficult to deal with that I switched my family doctor to another practice. I recently required a surgery and as such needed a pre-surgical clearance. I called and requested my annual physical and pre-surgery clearance. They basically belittled me, telling me I should not have cancelled a previous appointment when in fact they scheduled it for a day the doctor was not in. After scolding me she went on to say no availability. (My surgery was about 45 days out and delaying it was not a good option. ). I found another doctor and when I requested to pick up my medical records Dr Dic's office staff told me she was too busy - common saying there. I said I could come another day and she said no. I told her I had a right to pick up my medical records and then she relented but added in you will have to pay a special fee if I come in to pick up my own medical records. The office staff's blatant disregard for acting professionally and caring is totally inappropriate for the medical field. As much as I valued Dr Dic's previous services, it's his office staff, and he has to assume some of their responsibility. After today, I am no longer a patient of his family practice. Dr. Dic is one of the most caring and concerned doctors I have encountered. He makes it his business to know all about a patient's medical history, and really stays on top of things. I know, because I haven't been all that cooperative over the time I've been seeing him. I can thank him for pointing me in the right direction for a couple of recent medical issues I have had. He has also taken ample time to explain these to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dic for 22 years. He is knowledgeable, compassionate. & genuinely cares about his patients. While .several other medical professionals insisted a biopsy of my thyroid was unnecessary, Dr. Dic persisted. His insistence may have actually saved my life. I am now less than a month post op from a total thyroidectomy due to papillary carcinoma and grateful to Dr. Dic and his staff for making a difficult time more manageable..
