I saw Dr. Dinglasan Sr. at his new location in West Hills, California. He was extremely attentive, kind, and respectful. He had a gentle hand while conducting my injections and West Hills Urgent Care & Medi Spa Center have the best injection prices around that I've seen thus far with having an actual DOCTOR who is a plastic surgeon doing the injections!
